    Most reputable companies love to hear about these types of issues because it gives them an opportunity to make improvements. Good on them for sending the parts and tools free of charge. I have a friend who writes emails to companies for just about every product he buys and gives them feedback.(yes, he has no life) He tells them if he liked it, loved it or hated it. He always gets a reply and frequently gets some coupons for free stuff or discounts on their products. I have been surprised on some of the nice stuff he has received. 50 donations so far.     American Boogie is at Davis (Skydance Skydiving) in California from June 22- 25. There will be 2 PAC 750XLs and a Casa. Night jumps on the 23rd and from what people have told me, great beer.     Went to Orr Hot Springs in NorCal and it spanned the gammit from family with young kids, various aged hippies, and old guys . It wasn't really my thing but I felt comfortable and it had a nice vibe. Nothing creepy. Harbin is another one in the area that is larger and I've heard it is more of the hippie crowd and creepy oggling old men. Each place is different. 50 donations so far. Give it a try.     I was in school for aerospace engineering and almost making enough $ to get by. Brother calls and says a friend of the family needs someone to watch their house/dogs while they travel for the summer. It was supposed to be for 9 weeks. It ended up being for 6 1/2 years. I became one of their adopted family. I was not the only one. They had several foreign exchange students that stayed with them prior to me. We got to know eachother and considered ourselves adopted brothers. I then left and eventually ended up in the NorCal. Once there, one of my adopted brothers told me about a position that was open with one of the companies he worked with and go interview with them. Little did I know that I had the job before I walked in. Started out as a lowly safety monitor, but with some classes and 8 years later, have moved up to Field Engineer/Inspector.     :6:0 Made RW jumps from 10 ways up to 16 ways. The weather was predicted to be shite, but we still got a bunch of loads up. Davis got their 2nd Pac 750XL so we did some formation loads. Chris and Ray flew some tight formations. Just the last one went from a full altitude formation load to HnPs as the clouds finally won. 50 donations so far. Give it a try.
