0:3:0 That's right, I gots something to put in the second column other than a big goose egg. Planned on returning to the air in Davis on Saturday, but the wind gods had other plans. Ended up sitting around and telling lies. Had a good time anyway. Went to Lodi on Sunday. After 18 weeks, 1 day, 1 hour and 47 minutes(can you tell I was counting?), I finally returned to the air, making a jump with Fozz. Nice to know I can still fall pretty fast when I want to. Then did two jumps on a demo WS. They went sweet. The winds really were wonky and kept increasing throughout the day, so decided to be satisified with the 3 jumps. No need to reinjure the leg from a shitty landing due to the irrergular winds. Man does it feel great to be back in the air. (And Ian, the air does smell different at altitude) 50 donations so far. I wish I had an answer. I broke my leg the day Cliff went in. I was there but didn't see Cliff. I saw Tommy go in from not far away. I can still see it. I knew them both. I am planning on making my first jump to return to the air today as I have finally healed enough. The winds just aren't cooperating. I'm not sure how I will feel when I climb in the plane. I prefer the liners as separate. Gives me options as how warm I want the gloves. Maybe make both. Tackified. I like the extra grip power. Make then in smaller sizes. BART didn't have any issues from the '89 quake. Once the tracks were checked and confirmed OK, they were back in service. The biggest concern was the expansion joint where the transbay tube meets the SF side. It was fine. BART normally shuts down between 1AM and 4AM for routine maintenance. Due to the Bay Bridge collapse, they ran service 24 hours a day until the bridge was repaired. Without it, the traffic nightmare would have been much worse. 50 donations so far. Give it a try. Contact BevSuits. She has what she calls the afterburner bootie. It has channels that catch the air to help slow you down even more. They also really kick you into high gear when it comes time to track at breakoff. Also get the big grippers. They add more surface area to catch some air. Here's what is closed. The connector ramp from the Bay Bridge to 580 east. From the Bay Bridge, this also affects the connector to I24 to the Caldecott. The only way to get to 580 and 24 east is taking surface streets as soon as you get off the Bay Bay Bridge.The connector ramp from Emeryville I80 west to I880 south is closed. You can get around it from I80 west using I580 east to I980 to I880. Other than rubberneckers slowing down traffic, the approaches to the Bay Bridge are not damaged.
