From what I've been told, the transfer rate through saliva is very low. So for a heart attack, yep. Where I *might* have second thoughts is in an accident/car crash where there is blood in mouth and the teeth are knocked out making it difficult to get a good seal without heavy pressure. But I think the instinct to help would still make me answer yes.

The tread title reminded me of a team name from the Over The Line tournament in San Diego. Take a look at the rules if you are unfamiliar with the game. I charge slot plus $6 for a coach jump and pass the $6 on to the coach. Ain't nobody gonna get rich off it, but I think coaches who are getting paid for the jump, even if just a token amount, will be more inclined to conduct themselves professionally.
