Poor Aggies. Can't catch a break. We went up there for the Memorial Boogie, week of Restricted Airspace. Looked at a very pretty CASA sitting on the ground. Look on the bright side, they have had their weather weekend now. When the doors do open, they will have BLUE SKIES. Gig Em Fly Your Slot !

South looks bad too. It's one of those days....when you watch the weather channel all day...waiting for the forcast to change. We have a 500 foot ceiling in Houston and a cold front is on the way...entertainment for the day will include watching it blow through. If we can't jump, at least we have "the web" and we can research and read about jumping.... Weekend numbers look certainly like ?:0:0 Fly Your Slot !

It's that Selective Memory thing. If I don't remember, I probably don't want to know. Honestly, most fun I've had at a DZ party since Pammi and Merrick and Hackey came down for the DZ.com Record. FIRST time I had that many video camera's on me at one time. You would think some guy's had never seen boobies before. Fly Your Slot !

1:7:0 What a beutiful Texas Weekend. Saturday, Had a 20 way for Mikie's 1,000 and next load helped get an SCR. Nice guy but didn't catch his name (anyone remember that guys name?). Grinning Ear to Ear, he had a blast and it's such a cool feeling to get someone out on there first REAL RW. It's nice to have such a wide variety of things going on at the DZ . Rowdy Tandem group all cheering each other on - Teams practicing and high fiving in the landing area. First Sunburn of the year (yes, she said first). There was a party? Must have missed that one. When it originally aired, I struggled with myself ALOT over letting the kids watch this episode or not. They hyped it up sooo much, at it was a part of the kid's Sunday Night routine to watch that show. As a Skydiver, I wanted them to feel 'OK' with my jumping and wasn't sure if watching one of their favorite cartoon characters BURN IN was a good idea or not. Especially since it was a season finale and you had to wait all summer to see if she lived. I thought the damage had been done, by the Hype - I am very very glad I let them watch. They had a lot of good questions for me about parachute accidents and I think they felt "better" about Mommy's Skydiving. I still wrote the network though. Now, every time the Road Runner beeps Coyote off a cliff, they yell "Pull! Pull!" Fly Your Slot !

Remember the time, at the Carbonezone when we were doing Krista's (a canadian btw) SCR, and we got about half way through the ceramony and she jumped up and ran to the bathroom's screaming "I can't do this....I can't do this..." Never seen that happen during an SCR before - LMAO! We have determined that Krista "does not" have her proper SCR and she is still a magot. So, Levin and Slappie...don't be running and screaming like a girl half way through the thing. You'll just have to do it again, and start all over!
