2 boys Kendall is 7 and Kevin is 14. Kendall has a blast at the DZ and there are a lot of kids there to play with. He brags to his friends and teachers that his Mommy is a Skydiver. Kevin brags on me too, but hates going to the DZ..."it's boring, there's nothing for me to do..." typical early teen...thinks he has to be entertained 24/7. Kevin has broke his Femur twice though, once at Age 8 playing Basketball and once in September playing Soccer. I tease him all the time that he WILL NOT BE TRYING SKYDIVING met a cute orthepedic .... Yes, your right. There are many formation in the 10 way dive pool. I guess it's the speed of "build it as fast as you can..." that's the real adrenaline pumper. Fly Your Slot !

I was feeling sorry for this thread for a while, but honestly... Everything I know about speed star I learned from watching "Cutaway"... sad but true. I've been on a few speedstar skydives, but they were organized for me, and in that case, I just do what I'm told. They really are a blast-, full of adrenaline. Keep posting, I'll keep reading...

Two friends, Mikie and Alison. Alison wanted to make a skydive for her birthday, so Mikie called up a Drop Zone and they talked him into buying her an AFF Level 1. He gave it to her as a birthday present, and she refused to go unless he went too. I used to sit for hours and listen to them talk about skydiving, AFF , passing the "Levels" - You know how much to talk about it during AFF, but I listened with sincere curiosity. It really interested me. I made my first jump 6 months later, probably knowing more about what I was getting in to than most AFF Level 1 Students. Fly Your Slot !

Anyone catch the VH1 profile on him? Every other word was bleeped out...even at his age. My son said "Wow, what a long and rough life.." Sharon hasn't made many friends in the Music Business, I guess a few of the bands she sponsored had sour grapes... I've had a few jobs where I wanted to do this, but Im too nice. Remember, when the moment of truth comes, you do this - Not for yourself, but for every Skydiver who ever wanted to tell the boss to KISS MY ASS and cut away , and work on a drop zone. It's transendental.... Fly Your Slot !
