Perhaps in his recent intelligence briefings he's realized that we're not actually torturing anyone. I don't know if that's true or not, but he said he'll ensure there is no torture committed by the the US. Then, after these initial briefings, has said no charges will be brought up. Personally, I don't think it would. People are too scared to go out and buy houses like they used to, and rightfully so. Those who have lost 20-30% equity aren't willing to sell and lose their asses. Sounds to me like the clerk could ask for a birth certificate to clear things up pretty quick. Yeah. Got that. Yep "California Statute: Cal. Health & Safety Code § 103425 (2006). Text: Whenever a person born in this state has undergone surgical treatment for the purpose of altering his or her sexual characteristics to those of the opposite sex, a new birth certificate may be prepared for the person reflecting the change of gender and any change of name accomplished by an order of a court of this state, another state, the District of Columbia, or any territory of the United States. A petition for the issuance of a new birth certificate in those cases shall be filed with the superior court of the county where the petitioner resides. Summary: California will issue a birth certificate reflecting the proper sex." So a correct birth cirtificate must be issued. If they're prayer was for McCain/Palin then the answer was no. That doesn't mean their God doesn't exist. A more poinient prayer would be for God to provide the best leader for the nation. Just because I disagree with which person that is doesn't mean my God isn't there. It means I trust his judgement and move on with life. If there was a God who did not impart free will then there would be only one religion. We have the right to choose our faith. I advocate giving him money for working hard and earning it. It's not socialist to pay someone for working. Obama-ish would be giving him money for nothing. If the evil corporation closes then where does that server go to work? McCain has never once even come close to saying he will take money from the employee to pay the employer. The kid makes about $2.00 an hour, Bill. Way to be a beacon of light for the democratic party. I hope this is just an example so I don't lose that much respect for you. Under Obama's plan, he'd be better off just quitting and collecting a welfare check and free healthcare. Maybe if we all went out and stiffed our servers then that would teach them to just give up. You're right. He attended for 20 years on his own accord. Careful. You're starting to mount a MDIF argument. I don't overlook them at all. The Keating scandal was investigated and McCain found innocent. Liddy paid his debt to society. Both were wrong. Obama's ties involve bombing the homeland and quotes like "God Damn America." Then he's found to be donating money to an organization actively trying to persuade his election. Two wrongs don't make a right, but Obama's ties are much more concerning to me. -------------------------------------------------- Stay positive and love your life.

It's not a race issue. Hagee's comments were not ok just like Wright's weren't. Where's the problem in that? McCain didn't attend Hagee's church for 20 years. Round and round we go. My post was a direct response to a question about race. Neither person's comments were acceptable regardless of skin color. So my statement is true, then. And you don't have to look particularly hard to find them.
