Like who, lesbians? Apparently you've been watching too much gay porn. In reality, many gay men aren't interested in anal sex, as tops or bottoms. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! First lesson: Factorials!

Masturbation isn't depraved. There are heterosexual molesters, too. Anal sex is common among heterosexual couples. Further, many gay couples do not practice anal sex. If one subscribed to the idea of intelligent design/creationism, it would be pretty obvious by the male prostate's location and response to stimulus that males were "designed" to receive anal sex. Westboro Baptist Church Responds To Congress
jcd11235 replied to CSpenceFLY's topic in Speakers Corner
You missed something. The Declaration of Independence declared the colonies' independence from England. It did not establish a government. The Articles of Confederation established the USA as a country and established a national government. The Constitution replaced the Articles, establishing a new national government. Aren't these two documents to be examined jointly? I never said one replaced the other or that they were two chapters of the same book. My point is that when I was in school they were studied together, along with the Mayflower Compact. Edit: See Andy9o8's comment below. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! Same sex marriages date back thousands of years. If you are going to make a statement like that, please elaborate with references please to enlighten the rest of us.... While gay couples have been around and even well documented (especially during the roman empire) I do not know much about the history of gay marriage..... Start here. Dude, I thought you were going to show me something new. Yes, I already new that same sex unions have been around forever. However, they are not the same as marraige nor have they ever had the same status. Why you ask? It all comes down to legacy. If a ruler wants to have kids, he had to have sex with a woman... in her vagina.... plane and simple. If he didn't, his legacy died with him. No way around the family. Sorry. Lots of rulers then and now have wives for show, but only sleep with them to produce heirs, and then send them back to their sad lonely neglected existence, (See Ruler of Oman, today), but that marriage is more legitimate than all his boy toys. This is also the argument to protect the sanctity of marriage. Now today, we have sperm donors, egg donors, surrogate parents, and a bunch of other crap. My position has always been that same sex unions should not be called marriage. They need to be called something else so we can establish laws to protect the children of these unions. It has been well established that when the gay "parents" of the child break up, unless there was paperwork establishing what happens next, typically the government goes after the good Samaritan that agreed to help the couple out. It's not right. the couple wanted the kid, they should be responsible. The rules need to catch up with the times. And if you continue to try to call same sex unions "marriage" and apply all the same rules, you are going to fuck over a lot of children and good samaritans, while "Parents" walk away from there kids scott free. Apparently you never read the article to which I linked, nor did you use it as a starting point, i.e., bibliography, as I suggested. Same sex marriages, not just unions, have been around for thousands of years. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! First lesson: Factorials!

Oh, he's mentioned in there. Perhaps reading the Constitution is in order before making such claims. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! First lesson: Factorials! -

Then you either have only short term debt or are using a non-standard definition of budget surplus. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! First lesson: Factorials!

??? Financial entities, including households, often balance their accounts while maintaining debt. It's not a trick. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! First lesson: Factorials!

Incorrect. Those are not necessary conditions for a budget surplus. Nor are those sufficient conditions for a budget surplus. (Consider the case in which the fiscal year ends with fewer cash reserves than at the beginning.) Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! First lesson: Factorials!

I see. So you just continue to make absurd unsubstantiated accusations. At least I now understand your SOP. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! First lesson: Factorials!

No, it doesn't. You're confusing debt and deficit. A budget surplus indicates operation for the year without a deficit. It does not imply that all debt is payed off. Have we not been talking about debt, and that graph shows debt? It is still a lie, matters not if a particular definition is cherry picked for the spin, we are in debt, period. Matt We've been discussing whether or not the federal government had a budget surplus in 1999 and 2000. (It did.) You keep trying to bring up the debt, which is irrelevant to the topic at hand. It's rather ironic that you are accusing others of trying to spin things, when it's you trying to use a non-standard definition of surplus. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! It isn't a silly to recognize that a city investing in active transportation infrastructure is making an investment in transportation and in preventative health care with the same project. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! First lesson: Factorials! -

There is nothing silly or unrealistic about recognizing that the same city planning decision can have important effects on both transportation and health care. It is an artificial distinction to consider the two mutually exclusive. In fact, such an artificial distinction encourages poor cost/benefit analyses. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! Employers have a sake in keeping their employees healthy. Hence, NASA, et al. providing the means for astronauts/cosmonauts to practice preventative health care. I'm not sure why you're trying so hard to create an artificial distinction. You're smarter than that. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! First lesson: Factorials! -

Why do you suppose they have exercise machines on the space station? Could it possibly be to help maintain the astronauts/cosmonauts' health? That almost sounds plausible. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! First lesson: Factorials! -

jcd11235 replied to ShcShc11's topic in Speakers Corner
Yes. It's also an aspect of health care. It need not be one xor the other. Considering investment in active transportation infrastructure as an aspect of health care really isn't much different from a health insurance policy covering a gym membership as preventative care. Yep. Of course there's lots of evidence to suggest that people lead more active lives when the opportunity is available (without a significant increase in perceived danger). For example, cities with complete streets and/or good bicycle infrastructure tend to see increased walking and/or biking. Such infrastructure may not be part of medical care, but it is part of health care. Math tutoring available. Only $6! per hour! First lesson: Factorials!
