You wish to make it difficult for me to exercise my rights.... How difficult is impossible to determine because you refuse to state what you want to implement. You are fine with making it hard for honest citizens to exercise their rights, yet cried about the ATF trying to make it difficult to exercise your desire to play with toy rockets. And before you try to claim that toy rockets are not used, explosives are AND I have shown that 99% of gun owners are not a problem..... First off, I asked if it was a right handed shooter. The reason is simple, most right handed shooters pull the POI to the left and down. This is due to trigger manipulation in 99% of the cases where it is due to shooter error. Secondly, the statement I did make was "The grouping has nothing to do with sights"... the caveat is when the sights are lose. Grouping is a factor of manipulation, barrel tolerances and length, ammunition selection... Etc. Sights have almost nothing to do with grouping since if you have a good steady SAME sight picture and a good weapons manipulation the POI may not be where you aimed, but the grouping should be consistent (allowing for a non worn out barrel, decent ammunition, steady sight picture and manipulation).
