    I'll agree with you there. I've always thought she would be a good president, but I'm an outsider. In this forum, and in general I've noticed almost a pile on Hillary effect.     The funny (sick) part is hearing about all the GOP stalwarts swallowing hard and falling into line. All the men (and they are almost all men, and white men at that) who said that they could never vote for him because he is not capable of being president have suddenly realized that the only thing worse than an incompetent president is being out of power. I guess Democrats in a similar situation would react the same way. Politics look worse and worse all the time. Who cares what is best for the country when power and money are at stake?     I'm starting to worry that the whole Trump charade will fall apart before the convention. I'm pretty sure Clinton's people are just storing up the ammo waiting for the time to fire.     In your zeal to keep uncompromisingly current in SC, you've apparently missed that I do not, nor do I ever, encourage unprofessional behavior. I try to provide insight and context through training and experience. I've been doing this, all on the operational side of the building, for almost 30yrs. You did start this thread. It seems to advance the view that police are justified in providing less protection if they are accountable. I believe in the long run the opposite is true.     Every industry that has been faced with technology bringing accountability has resented it. And they all adapted and were better for it. The police will be no different.     Transgender people make many of us uncomfortable. They push against and even shatter many taboos. In the past these people were largely suppressed and forced to conform. That allowed the majority to just ignore them and feel that they did not exist. Common sense. But they were out there and they paid a large price for our ignorance. Now we have chosen to correct this and change the rules. I understand that you find it hard to accept. Open your heart and ask WWJD. But you don't really care what He would do.
