The one good thing about the "wall shutdown"? It has distracted the Dotard from tweeting about Mueller daily. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
-
It actually pretty much is working. And border security is getting better all the time. You only feel it is not working because your emotions have been whipped up. I know emotions are important, but they do not equal truth. The border wall thing is something Trump has trapped himself into needing. Like I told you earlier, the other side also has strong emotions about the concept of a wall. They are the majority of Americans and they will not stand for anything that they perceive is a wall. Most likely Trump will have to give in. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.

I have customers who still own and use the Maverick and Firelite reserves. I have packed both Glidepath and FCI versions of both. In this decade. I have also packed FCI tandem reserves recently.

The logo does look similar. Other than that its design is more like a Javelin.
-
And now I have to ask, what does AeroSports USA do? Bailout rigs?
-
Not that I've seen. It would sort of be redundant now. They have not been made in at least 10 years. For the record, I have no particular problem with that aspect of either container.

I do not believe they are related companies. But the design is one of only two basic ones that are common today. There are people on this forum who know and were involved in the original source. Dolphins, Tritons, and Glides are also pretty much the same thing. I'm told Mike Furry was involved. Maybe someone will fill us in on more.

Yes, and it is a little tricky to make. Instructions are available, but you must carefully follow them. There is a finger trapped section. If you make it too long it will rub where it should not. If you make it too short it will slowly slip and the cap will not stay snug. It has about a 1/4 inch tolerance. I generally use all of that amount on the long side so that it does not slip as easily. And remember to to use any silicon. But it will definitely need tightening as the pack job settles.

Poll: Record number of Americans want to leave country

Not a diesel truck engine. The fuel won't flow. It does not matter how fast you can crank it. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free. -
Good points, but this one is wrong. As it seems you suspected it might be. I don't think that young jumpers don't buy Racers because of the "old look". They don't buy Racers because their instructors and other DZ leaders don't. People buy and use what they see others buying and using. And many take advice from the local rigger. Who probably is never going to recommend a Racer.

Does that mean you think anything that is not a wall is an open border? Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.

That hardly explains the Mayflower Ron. But you did not really answer my question. What would you do to save YOUR family? Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
-
Can you point me to someone who is calling for open borders? Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
-
That's not what they do Ron. They keep their head down, work hard, and try to send support to their families. They probably were told by God that that's what they needed to do. What would you do if your family was in a bad place and the Holy Spirit told you that you could do something to help? Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Poll: Record number of Americans want to leave country

Funny. Most people have never heard of a block heater. We have to make sure ours are still working every fall. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free. -
Poll: Record number of Americans want to leave country

Occasionally in Edmonton it will get so cold that even treated fuel will gell. You can't start a truck unless you put it inside. And you can't even buy fuel because those pumps don't work either. I've never seen it get quite that cold in Winnipeg, but close. In my childhood -40 F was not that uncommon, but it has only made it down to about -35 F 0r -37 C in the last couple decades. The record is -47.8. But it was in 1879. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free. -
Seals are like locks. They deter honest people. They have never been designed to be completely tamper proof.

There is nothing new under the sun. In 1860 it was "NINA". https://www.google.ca/search?source=hp&ei=7pwzXJfSMJTB7gKPqKHQBg&q=no+irish+allowed&btnK=Google+Search&oq=no+irish+allowed&gs_l=psy-ab.3...1529.6540..7019...0.0..0.298.2515.0j15j2......0....1..gws-wiz.....0..0j35i39j0i131j0i67.5V3ZfIiktR0 Filth crime ridden immigrants destroying the nation. New York comedian pokes fun at Casa Grande in video
gowlerk replied to ryoder's topic in The Bonfire
Casa Grande gives you somewhere to go other than The Prop. And it has a Golden Corral where you can go to watch whales. -
Even more than that it will not happen because America is better than that. The idea of a wall is widely recognized as not only wasteful and ineffective, but a symbol of evil. I know that Ron understands emotion. But does he understand that more of Americans have a strong emotional feeling that the idea of a "Wall" around the nation offends even more people than it appeals to? The American people simply will not stand for a wall. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.

As you know, I am also a fan of hers. For many of the reasons you put so well. But I would say that this particular one is somewhat meaningless going forward. In the district that she now holds it is unlikely she will need to spend much money to be reelected. Many members of congress have no such luxury. If they want to keep the job they need to raise the funds. If they want to advance within the party they need to raise even more funds. The system is filthy dirty. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.

Well, he didn't exactly say that. He said "he once heard an argument" for that. It is both obviously incorrect but also makes the point that human consumption in general drives energy production. In the past as a nation's GDP increases you could expect an increase in carbon emissions. But if you take that simple view of the future then it is pointless. We clearly are not going to willingly let our standard of living drop, we are going to move to more renewable energy sources. The relationship between spending and carbon is not a fixed ratio. But for skydiving it will be for the foreseeable future. Usable electric skydive aircraft are not feasible with any available technology.

I'd like to make a couple points. First of all, it is misleading to claim that a Racer would not benefit much from a MARD system. It is true that a Racer will have a quicker and possibly cleaner p/c launch than other non-Mard equipped rigs, but that is only the beginning of the deployment sequence. A MARD is not only quicker, but is far more likely to give you a clean deployment from a rapidly spinning malfunction. Secondly, there is another issue that has not been addressed in this thread yet. That is the use of thinly Teflon coated cutaway cables instead of the long proven Lolon coated cables originally speced for the 3 ring system. These have been known to have the coating crack and fail in critical situations. And there is no good reason to use them.

I think I heard something about that shit show a year or so ago. I'm no fan of Feinstein. She is well past her due date and not exactly a "woman of the people". Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.
