There is nothing quite like an unexpected tax bill to make people good and angry. Yes, the average person will pay less in income taxes as the federal deficit balloons. But the real story of those Ryan/McConnell tax cuts, wrongly attributed to Trump, is a huge shifting of the tax burden away from the wealthy and on to the middle class. As well as a shift from red states to blue states.

Maybe they should have a 25 year rule for aircraft. It would make more sense considering the MX issue differences between aircraft and parachutes. -

There is definitely a tendency to over blame climate change for natural disasters. But it is mostly a reaction to the blatant refusal of some people to accept that they have a part in causing climate change and that it may be worth while to do something about it. They are both just symptoms of the policy battle. -

I don't know about Bill, but I have patience. I am guessing, and yes it's only guessing, that Mueller is holding back any direct evidence against Trump. And I admit there may not be any. He seems to be pretty talented at giving orders through hints and indirectly. Like a Mafiosi.

If the wall was really important he would have got Paul Ryan to fund it. It is not just Ds who oppose it. A ton of Rs know what a mistake it would be. Why did he accept Ryan's delaying tactics for two years but all of a sudden it's an emergency? The hate for Trump is strong. Considering his behavior why do you find that remarkable?
