for which crimes, if any, should Trump be prosecuted?

Think what he means to say is, "lock him up, lock him up, lock him up. It's just that he has can't help but to show off his typing skills.- 156 replies

It's a proud day in history when a few people with agendas rise up and demand their "right to infect" be protected. It is a time of sacrifice and it is true that some people are being forced to sacrifice more than others. Time for the lame duck POTUS and the senate to cut a deal with the evil house majority leader to get them some relief.

Just when I thought the republican party had reached the limit of how far they will go.

Most likely they test it when they manufacture it. But they don’t start counting the DOM until they put the battery in it for final shipping. This would be done so they could have stock, yet still be able to ship people fresh units.

gowlerk replied to SivaGanesha's topic in Speakers Corner
There is a huge difference between Nixon and Trump. The potential crimes that Nixon may have been guilty of were conspiracies related to the political acts of covering up campaign related efforts to get re-elected. If and when Trump is prosecuted it will be for crimes that were not committed during his presidency. It will be for some kind of thieving and or lying involving his business or more likely his taxes.- 156 replies

No pasties in ON.

Not an absolute rule, but for sure large corporations with HR departments are all going to be on the mask thing. I've been to a couple medium sized places lately where politics rules the day and covid safety is seen as incorrect.

I’m at the KC warehouse now. Everyone here is masked!

I just delivered a load of lumber to a pallet manufacturing plant in Gretna Nebraska near Omaha. It looked like there would’ve been about 150 people working there today. The only mask in sight was the one on my face. I’m on my way to Kansas City now to get a reload at a warehouse. We’ll see if they’re doing any better there.

Airworthiness Directive affects thousands of Cessnas
gowlerk replied to riggerrob's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Yes, 10% off list is pretty standard. The inspection will need to be done every 3 years or 1000 hours from now forward. We have a six month off season here. We will schedule inspections for the end of the season and hope that 6 months is enough time to find the kit if needed. My wife has a story about her first husband buying her a snowmobile for Christmas one year. She does not ride them. -

Both of our C-182s passed the inspection. The cost of installing the kit on a 182 would really be about $15,000 CAD. The kit alone is USD $7,489.83 list price. -
It is unlikely that less flammable chemistry will be the answer in any time frame that we are discussing. The answer will have to be better quality control and a more robust design and manufacturing process that is able to achieve certification for aviation use. Since there are currently aircraft in testing I would assume someone has addressed the problem already. But there must be a cost and weight penalty involved.

I guess a man like you needs to have a dream. The end of American democracy is as good as any I suppose.

Like a lot of right wing rhetoric most of the things he has to say start with an out right lie and then move on from there. He may be inspired by the orange man.

I predict that if what you are hoping for comes true then shit will finally hit the fan. The second United States Civil War would be the result

Well we know what group skydivers fit into now...

It also occurs to me that skydiving is one the most selfish activities a person can indulge it. It is all about thrills and self fulfillment. So of course many jumpers are unwilling to give up their fun. -

The only thing different than the population as a whole that I see in skydivers is that there are few or no really stupid people because they can’t cut it. There are many sub groups that would apply to. -
Ron, GA is HAND COUNTING all the ballots. Completely bypassing any of the machines. Will you accept the results of the re-count when they come in next week? Or will you go looking for conspiracy theories to explain how your side was cheated?
