  1. The laws aren't flawed... In this case, all common sense went right out the window. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  2. 27 December 2006, 02:18 GMT - Yes they did. From there; they went east. - No they didn't, but there's no smartass emoticon Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

  4. PAYBACK! Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  5. Did you sign with WorldPay as a recurring payment on your anniversary date or select the renew at the anniversary date option? Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  6. The military chooses a line of longitude running through the South Pole and pretends that direction is north. All the other cardinal points are assumed to be the same as normal (ie: east is 90 degrees to the right of north etc...) 7. If using IE 7 (maybe 6.+) Tools\Pop-up Blocker Turn off sounds Turn off pop-up blocker notification bar Turn the filter level on high. No more pop-ups. Use the allow function for those sites you use that do have pop-ups. This has been a Public Service Message. EDIT: Should have mentioned that attachmetns and profiles are considered pop-ups, but I hardly review those and if so click the termporarily allow.. 8. I can only express my sorrow for your loss. He appears to be a kind man, paasionate for life and compassionate for his fellow man. I would have liked to have met him. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  9. I used to make a pretty good living on techtards... leave 'em alone. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  10. The last three posts are correct. And, I can tell you from previous experience that I ain't getting into a debate with Rob - it hurts. Most DZO's and/or pilots wouldn't let/want someone to do that (although there have been pilots that have done it). You must follow the FARS regarding NOTAMS You cannot endanger other aircraft (hence, the NOTAM) or people on the ground. 11. That's not true. One can go out and buy a rig, get it checked by a rigger (reserve repack), go up in plane and fling themselves out and learn on the way down. Show me any form of certification requirements by the FAA http://www.flightsimaviation.com/data/FARS/part_105.html Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  12. Ya damn skippy. Heck I owned one in my first skydiving life and sold the one in this skydiving life just a couple of years ago - Falcon 300. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  13. I was on the sunset load that year. Second one out. Awesome layer below us to punch thru. Landed waaaaay off the DZ. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Hyperlinks to follow the process... http://www.dropzone.com/gear/ http://www.dropzone.com/gear/Jumpsuits_and_Clothing/index.shtml http://www.dropzone.com/gear/Jumpsuits_and_Clothing/Firefly_Jumpsuits/index.shtml http://www.dropzone.com/gear/Detailed/340.html Select the hyperlink Camera Suit in Pic 1. Pic 2 is the result. Same appears to be true in most review hyperlinks (tested other jumpsuit and clothing manufacturers). i.e., Review of: Competition Suit in Unknown Tag: 'cat_linked' Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  16. What's wrong with a Falcon?!?!? That was one of my favorite canopies. I kinda miss my old electric banana at times - it was neon yellow with neon orange ribs... when the sun hit it, man it would light up. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  17. Off the top of my head... What is the serial number What is the DOM. How many jumps does this lineset have on it. Is the canopy faded. Are there any holes or tears in the canopy. Will you work with my DZ's rigger as an escrow agent. Who pays the shipping to the DZ rigger. Will you accept payment after my rigger inspects it. The rigger wouldn't release it to me until you notified him/her of payment receipt. Will you provide me a bill of sale upon receipt of funds. If the rigger doesn't approve the inspection or finds issues with it, who pays the shipping back. Who pays the rigger's escrow fee. EDIT: The buyer _usually_ pays the inspection fee. 18. In support of a community forum posting threshold. Aye. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  19. You mean closed door sessions or not represent us? Cause, I'm thinking both are true. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  20. Would that be the "Bottom's Up" as opposed to "Trickle Down" economic "stimulus" package... Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  21. Etc, etc.. yeah... it wasn't spontaneous combustion, but I handled it poorly whilst being tired. I apologized to as many as I could the next day, but don't know if I got them all. Moving on and on a separate note: I owe you and Gary a phone call which I thought I'd attempt this weekend. 22. Not exactly one of my finer moments, huh? Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  23. Our local DZO has a dog named, "Slammer." Slammer even has his own stud webpage... http://www.skydiveairtight.com/Slammer.html Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  24. OR maybe just turning Bonfire off for a about a week. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
  25. This is Bonfire (not GSD, swooping, etc) where even former skydivers whom some of us know, jumped with and are still part of the skydiving family. I like to hear from everyone whether they are currently skydiving or not. In fact, if they are made to feel welcome as part of the family, they may someday decide to return to the sky. I was out for nine years and one of the reasons for getting back into it in 1999 was my fellow skydivers - never ONCE was I made to feel as an outcast, spent time with me, and in knowing the circumstances for my not going to the DZ every weekend; were encouraging to return without being pressed and when I was ready; welcomed me with open arms. I would hope that we don't become so cliquish as to now segregate skydivers with 10, 250 or 10,000 skydives who may take a break (due to injury, new family obligations, retirement from skydiving after 30 years, getting laid-off from a job and not having the money to skydive, etc.) from remaining friends and emissaries of our sport. And, who decides who has the proper threshold for access or contribution? Is it having jumped, only made 50 jumps this year, only those with 250 jumps per year may post? Why would someone who doesn't have a red star post to a skydiving forum they don't financially support? What if you have thirty jumps, but have quit skydiving and a red star, but someone with 5,000 jumps does not have a red star... should the one without the star and 5,000 jumps post to the skydiving forum? Is there any more value to one's opinion, input or contribution because they have a red star and is there any less because one does not? I also hope those who've quit skydiving would be welcomed at any real-world DZ and feel as though they can hang out without feeling any pressures to jump. Even those tandem students that have communicated that its something they've always wanted to do just once - are sent home with a pat on the butt, welcome to the family and an invitation to come out anytime with family or friends as something free to do. Finally, there are those who've stopped jumping, but are fantastic contributors to the atmosphere and community... free professional advice, (legal, veterinary. medical, IT, personal, career, etc.) keeping folks informed of others... Appalling question. Keith Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
