Always Remember. Thanks, Max Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

I find it interesting that several of us "original" dz.commers are having the qualitative vs. quantitative introspection. My renewal is sitting on the desk. I had to take time off from any "I" activities due to an injury while skydiving three years go. That became the beginning of the assessment phase. I surrendered all my ratings two years ago because I lapsed on currency. Over time, I reflected that it had become more work and frustration with little appreciation. I can't blame the USPA. It's kinda like divorce, you can blame the other party, but it was good times and bad times and sometimes we just need to part ways for awhile and it may wind up permanent. Doesn't mean either party was right or wrong, it just means the social debit scale is outweighing the social credit scale. I've got till the end of the month, so until then I'll try to focus on the good times and see if I can come up with some new goals and see if skydiving winds up on the list. Nope. They can be F111 or full ZP. We have three ZP Mantas in the neighborhood... including my old one that someone bought around 2001. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Disclaimer: not an Attorney. It's a fairly easy and fulfilling process. I've been three times and won all three times. In two of the cases, the Defendant had Attorneys and quite frankly, I think the Judge was a little miffed at them being present. In each case, I prepared a written affidavit in chronological order with supporting documentation, wherein, the top level affidavit referred by number to the supporting document that I also numbered. In those cases where I had witnesses, I had them write an affidavit in the same chronological order and incorporated it into the top-level affidavit and as a supporting document. Be sure your witnesses (if there are any) are present or the Judge may not allow just a written document, since the opposing party has the right to ask questions outside the written document and the Judge may want to ask the witness additional questions also. Don't embellish on the facts.. the Judges can connect the dots if you try to slant it your way. If you don't remember an exact date or time, then "On or about" is fine. Just lay the affidavit out there for the Judge in a logical and linear manner. Talk to or ask questions to the Judge... not the other party. Under Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, "Improper Entry by Alien," any citizen of any country other than the United States who: * Enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers; or * Eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers; or * Attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact; has committed a federal crime. Violations are punishable by criminal fines and imprisonment for up to six months. Repeat offenses can bring up to two years in prison. Additional civil fines may be imposed at the discretion of immigration judges, but civil fines do not negate the criminal sanctions or nature of the offense. There are situations that occur: You hire an Contractor/Agency (which one can assume from the form) and give them the skillset criteria and they narrow the field of applicants to interview, you short-list a couple to interview again to narrow it down to one. You engage the contractor to have the subcontractor perform the duties and the Contractor is supposed to do the E-verify, Background Check, Drug & Alcohol tests, etc. Contractor gets greedy and just takes whomever off the street with whatever documentation they bring and then verbally or in writing affirms to the Customer that the proper background checks were performed - when they were not. While we "may" banter about Oklahoma and Arizona "Anti-Immigration Laws," one thing they have done is change contractual clauses with subcontractors to include documentation of E-verify, Background Checks, Drug & Alcohol Test clinic written affirmations ( A Panel X was performed on so and so)... along with clauses for "Costs of Defense," and other penalty clauses. PS... Not too many illegal questions on the original application, huh? I'm thinking this personnel agency was a POS. PSA If you use FF with ABP, the Copy Shortcut will not be in the left side profile. If you flip over to IE, you can see and use the Copy Shortcut Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

You know.. Every time I go to another country, I get the urge to move there. Most of Europe, Central America, The Virgin Islands. etc. I come home and for 30 days can't get the thought of moving out of my head. Then about 60 days into it... long-time friends, family, etc.. There's no place like home. As to France, I so love Strasbourg. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Congressional Summary, and more: http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/D?d111:1:./temp/~bdhyte:@@@D&summ2=m&|/home/LegislativeData.php| Sorry, I don't see anything in there about the UN taking over our coasts. Could you point me to that section, specifically? It was introduced a year ago, by just one sponsor, and has zero co-sponsors. You know... I just read the bill and I was having difficulty with finding anything about anything being turned over to the U.N. Admittedly, there are parts about it I like and others I don't. I also reviewed the list of "Aye's" and Nay's" and it was clearly an R vs D vote. Quite frankly, I wonder if either side really read the bill word-for-word along with the exception addendums or just got the Cliff Notes from some staffer and it became a party vs. party bill. I can honestly say that I was nowhere near the situation... Maybe not even the same country. But, I cannot say that i wouldn't have observed the testicle test for future cosmetic application. Fortunately, no rabbits were injured during said test. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
