Evening all, First, I have not lied - just because some don't agree with my opinion does not make me a liar. I stand by my opinion that all stereotyping is wrong. I need to step away for a couple of days. Tomorrow is Memorial Day and I usually go to the national cemetery. While tomorrow is a day at the beach, or lake, or DZ for most - please take a moment to remember the men and women of this country who gave all. Peace

You should really think before you write.

How do you explain black Republicans?
-
You forgot the "s." That's what categorizes the insult for all. You did not. Notice the "s." But, many of your affiliation do.
-
What I said was the justification/rationale/reasoning for stereotyping is the same. When you make general categorizations about an entire group based on a few - that is stereotyping. I do not/will not lump all Democrats as Communists/Marxists, because it is an unfair association.
-
That's it in a nutshell. Thank you.

C'mon, Bill. We're talking about the reasoning for stereotyping. Anyone else stereotypes - you'd bounce them.
-
I'm talking about the hypocrisy of chastising those who stereotype and those who think that it's OK - as long as it's them. Just like this.
-
Kinda bothersome isn't it. When stereotyping is pointed out. I'll ask the same question here - it's ok to stereotype if you're liberal/democrat. Just trying to learn the rules or changes to the rules.

The Continent’s Consensus on Climate?……Crumbling

OK. So, it's ok to stereotype now - but only if you're a liberal. Is that it? -

Think about that for a minute. -
Exact same reasoning used against blacks for calling them . . .

Load of bunk, Joe. You wouldn't do it with any other culture. -
Compression Fracture from Jumping

NOT A DOCTOR: But, was Airborne in the Army also and I too; fractured my back. You should be getting to the end of your pain cycle in about a week or two. If not, then please go back to the Doctor in a couple of weeks. You may not believe it but whole milk will help a considerable amount (Lots of it). If you have access to a Jacuzzi - about twenty minutes a day with the jets directed at the T3-5 area. Good Luck. Airborne to Skydiver. That's how I started. My instructor told me he was gonna have to unlearn me a whole lot of bad habits (and, he had been an Airborne Instructor). :) -

Nonverbal cues play a crucial role in detecting sarcasm. They provide valuable information about the speaker’s intentions and emotions. When trying to determine if someone is being sarcastic, pay attention to their facial expressions and body language. Sarcasm is often accompanied by a smirk, raised eyebrows, or a wry smile. These subtle cues can indicate that the speaker is not being sincere and is using sarcasm to convey their true meaning. If you are unsure whether someone is being sarcastic, don’t be afraid to seek clarification. Ask the speaker to clarify their statement or express your uncertainty. This can help prevent misunderstandings and improve communication. https://everydayspeech.com/sel-implementation/reading-between-the-lines-recognizing-sarcasm-in-communication/ -

I didn't see Biden giving the nod for VP Harris after she ripped him. It's politics, so who knows. -

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic, but in thinking about it - why do we need four gas stations on every corner? And if city governments limited the number of gas stations per x number of blocks? -
I sent the following link to Bill yesterday and have read it and the sources. Quite by happenstance; I was sitting in a lobby yesterday and there were a couple of Boomers, both wearing a Vietnam Veteran hat. They started out talking about Nam and it segued into politics and liberal ideology on Climate. They both agreed that the libs invented climate change, when "we've had climate change for thousands of years." What they were talking about was, "weather." Makes me wonder if the change in verbiage to climate change rather than global warming allows people to not investigate the real reason for climate change and if the poster should read - global warming. https://www.popularmechanics.com/science/environment/a60819842/50000-year-old-block-of-ice/
