Your profile says you've been in the sport a year. You need to be "in sport" for three years to get the TI rating. The reason for that is that it's not just about jumping; but about seasoning. Hanging around the loft, learning from the experienced TI's around the bonfire, observing, etc. There's no rush... 20 good quality jumps a month over the next year is going to put you in the same place for the rating course. ETA: In that time, you may want to jump a variety of different sized canopies, learn how to really spot, take an advanced canopy course, watch all the tandem videos you can, etc. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard. -
IMO Sounds like he agreed to "A" roommate. Another one is still 33% more of the common area; utilities, furniture, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. The roommate should have had a sit-down, email conversation, etc. before moving her in and worked out the details then. Once the roommate took advantage of the situation without having that discussion, he was taking liberties. For that; it needs to be clear, clean & concise. If the OP agrees to less than 66%; then that is his decision. Personally, I think it's only going to get messier from here. Been there; done that. The article is garbage. A vet who is 100% service-connected will on average collect between $4-5K/month between VA Disability and Social Security - both of which are nontaxable and un-assignable. A Vet who is =>70% and can not find employment due to their service-connected disability can apply as "unemployable" and receive 100%. In many states, that 100% vet will not pay property, sales, motor vehicle, etc. taxes. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Colonel Kittinger did that in one of my logbooks without hesitation or request. Just flipped to the back of the logbook and wrote, "Blue Skies!!!" "Now start a new logbook." Now, I'm curious. Why? Beach, Natives, Jungle, snorkeling, atolls, boating, people, Maya, travel to other central American countries, etc. And, I've been there. And, no... Just for the sake of clarity.... if you ended your day on a successful exit, a sign off for an actual pull and come back tomorrow... You still have to do a *successful* dummy pull on the same day prior to doing an actual pull. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard. -

Hanging Exit Stand facing a wall or doorway of some type (flat surface). Feet about 18 inches from the door.. without moving your feet, Lean your pelvic forward until it's resting on the door. Hands above your head, head & eyes up like you're hanging from the strut looking at the wing. Now do door drills... Snap that hand to the hackey handle as fast as you can. Simulate Grab & Pull Poised Exit Same deal but like you're on the step Step to the right and snap Faster. Faster Faster goal is 1/2 second Get to the DZ early and do the same with a rig on Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard. -
