He always told his camera crew to keep shooting the footage if something should ever happen. Well "something" has happened and do you think it should be shown to the public? Everyone has done a stupid thing in his/her life. I just heard on CNN that he regretted (for whatever reason) that particular moment in his life and that he deeply apologizes to any of his fans that might have been "bothered' by that particular situation. I heard on the news, CNN had Discovery Channels president on for an interview. The Prez said that, "Steve REALLY LIVED life." Not many of us can say that. We go about our day to day dealings and forget to stop and really assess if this is what it is "all" about. I liked his "passion" for life and for animals. Was he a little kooky? Paraglider lands in a minefield.!!! JERUSALEM (Reuters) - An Israeli man was stuck in the middle of a minefield near the Syrian border Saturday after crashing his paraglider and severely injuring himself. The unidentified man took off from a peak in the Golan Heights and drifted east toward the Syrian and Jordanian borders before crashing in the minefield, injuring his legs and breaking several bones, rescue services said. "He's in the process of being rescued," an army spokesman said. Paragliding, in which participants jump off tall peaks or cliffs with a parachute strapped to their back, is a popular sport in the Golan, where there are many steep mountains along Israel's northeastern border. I think these are quirks that make up "you" as a whole. Like jumpjunkie says she is flirty....is this good or bad? Its neither, it is what it is. Should she change? Maybe no, maybe yes. Its what makes her endearing to some. By the way...I am flirty too. I am also outgoing, some may view that as "pushy", "aggressive" whatever (I have heard it all), BUT most enjoy it! I'm not so sure about that. I think it will give the creature a huge boost of healthy respect!!! Shit, if it can take down the "crock Hunter" I wouldn't want to fuck with it. I am shocked by this news. Not that I thought he was "super human" but with my kids growing up watching him and "living" somewhat vicarelessly thru him, it is sad to here that he is no longer with us. He did the world a huge favor by bring animals and the way they live to the fore front of TV viewing. Now to go and break the news to my kids, who thought he was super cool. I feel so so sorry for his wife and two kids. They really seemed to be made for each other and you could see genuine love for each other. Bobbi A miracle is not defined by an event.
