I have been sick for the past two days! I never, ever get sick! If and when I get sick, I really get sick! Well it started last week. Scratchy throat, watery eyes, just feeling kinda blah. yesterday I woke up and my voice was gone, felt like someone kicked me in me head and I'm exhausted, and no appitite. Called out. Woke up today with that "seal cough" deep seated, gross type of cough. Exhausted, blah, blah, blah..worse thing? My thoat is killing me! I tried to gargle with salt. Gross! Gargle with aspirin. Gross yet again! Went out and bought some Halls, who are they kidding, they never work, they didn't work the last time I bought them! No haven't seen a Dr., hate them! I am not "that" sick or I would go. Any ideas? I know it will take time. I am beginning to get whiny and I hate being sick! I have way too much to do!! Yep, I dry mop every day sometimes twice a day. I use the vacum to suck up the pile of dog hair and then to vacum my bedroom. I'm kinda tired of the dry mopping thing, thats why I am looking for a good vacum cleaner. I like Wendys suggestion.

Thank you. I would love to invest in a great vacum cleaner, I just have a really hard time shelling out that kind of dough. I knock on wood when I don't want to jinx myself. Such as me making the statement... "Things are really going great and yeah, the car is running perfect, knock on wood." I was wondering...does this friend have small kids? Are the kids really upset with what happened? I mean I could understand his reaction if the kids are struggling with the "understanding of the situation". But as a parent canceling the trip because of this is only feeding the fear of his family. I think that is just really really sad. People who are "ignorant" to the facts of the situation, ie..string rays "flee rather then fight" and let fear run their lives, well they are just stupid. I have no little knowledge about sting rays but after hearing about this incident, I don't want to go out and kill every one I see and I see quite a few when I head to the beach on the weekends. There is risk in everything that one does. I think it was what is was described as being a freak accident. The Ray was startled and when it went to swim off it thrusted its tail upward.
