*amen* On the other hand, nature is a thing of beauty, even the destructive forces within it. I do think that opinions such as his, while vulgar to me, are shared by more than himself. While everyone has a right to think what they want I believe such sentiments should be kept private, especially when there are so many suffering from such a horrible disaster. Ok, now I see the big picture. In that case you were definately justified in firing her. My dad has had to let poeple go from his company for the same reasons. The only catch was one of the guys he let go was his son! Hey, like you said...if you don't want to work then you'll get the boot. My brother learned the hard way. Ours is one that I made in grade school spanish class. It is -supposed- to be a x-mas tree shape but it turned out more like a triangle on acid. It is complete with all of the glitter and marker doodles that I could fit up there with Feliz Navidad spelled Felees Neveded! The worst part is that we had to put our school pic up on it. I'm cheesing for the camere with more gaps in my mouth that teeth and I'm wearing a pirate reject shirt (complete with ruffles) that was green. Oh, and I had the horrible crimped and frizzy hair that was "cool" then. My mom always insists on putting it on the most visible spot on the tree and showing it to anyone who looks walks through the door. Talk about cruel and unusual punishment! I was at the dz once when a guy popped the question to his girl. She was on a tandem so he did it in the plane just before the door opened. Not too sure if it was a good idea to bring the ring on the plane, but she really enjoyed it. She was crying when she landed and he was jumping up and down. Good luck with whatever you choose to do! Umm...Pres or not...we still work over the holidays, no Christmas this year. I am in the Army and I work next to Camp David as an MP. I wasn't bitchin' about the closing...I was simply stating that the good stuff was closed. Relax.

If you go looking for trouble then chances are that you will find it. Take it from me, I nearly trashed a great realationship b/c jealousy reared its ugly head. Now, a while later and all the wiser, I try to be more open-minded and trusting. I don't snoop b/c you may find something that while it is innocent...a jealous mind could turn a molehill into a mountain out of it. You don't ask to listen in on his phone conversations (I hope) so there should be no need to read his personal emails. Closeness in a relationship is essential however, personal space is just as important. Everyone needs a little bit of the world to call their own...even committed couples. Relax. So many times the side effects of perscriptions are worse than the problem that they are designed to treat! Okay, sure, your depression is gone and you are now living in a happy little bubble but you now must suffer from headaches, vomiting, heartburn, insomnia, sexual side effects, liver damage, increased risk of heart attacks and stroke....but hey, you got rid of the depression! You're cured! Now, what to take to treat the new problems you have... Any one of the side effects are enought to depress the hell out of me! Damn! I hike there too and they've closed about all of the good stuff. Damn President! Oh well, it's gettin cold and I'm a wuss in cold weather. I prolly wont go hiking as much for a while, at least not until temps are at 50 or above!

I am always amused by these shows whenever I see one, kinda like the Freak Show at the circus used to be my favorite thing. About 2 years ago I gave up on tv and haven't owned one since. I just got disgusted with the shows, the level that tv had stooped to, and the many hours that I had my ass planted on the couch trying to take it all in. Shows like Maury's are such a wake up call for me as far as where we are headed with our society. How can you sleep with 30 men in the span of two weeks and then look for someone to give you a handout when you can't afford to put your snotty-nosed brat in pampers? Sex=Kids!!! My first pic was the ultrasound thing when my mother was pretty far along (7 months or so). I have my ass right up on the screen in a full moon...there was no doubt that I was gonna be a girl! Congrats on your kid...teach 'em the important things: * banana splits are always good for you * bedtimes are evil things * you can never laugh too much * speed limits are just suggestions You get the idea!
