Open reserve container in a 206 with a soft door is really very dangerous. Everyone should try his best to keep bridle and PC away from the door while the whole load lands. In Stadlohn the reserve was deployed only by the reserve bridle being sucked out under the soft door. I would want to avoid playing around with nylon to much or even opening the door. My EPs for aircraft emergencies: sub 1000: check seat belt, check helmet, promise drink to pilot after landing 1000 - 1500: check seat belt is off, check legwing (wingsuit) is closed, check arm wings are still open, exit with hand on reserve handle and land the reserve 1500 - 2000: check legwing is closed, close arm wings if time allows, exit with hand on PC and wings closed, pull main over 2000: Standard flying exit, short 45° turn and pull main after 2 seconds flight add a few hundred feet for exits above water or woods. Do the same for unstable plane. For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple, and wrong.

You can fly with them if you fly well. It might even help you to learn how to fly good because you have to fly good to stay in the flock. No way you could lend a Prodigy somewhere? For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple, and wrong.

I really like this place! Extremely relaxed people, nice planes, a perfect manifest by airboss.nl and a terrific scenic view. Yesterday I got my first surfing lessons in the morning and my longest freefall on the sunset load flying back from a drop over the sea. In the evening a spontaneous concert with 2 guitars and 3 singers was given. Why is such a place 1200km away from my home? Most flocks I've flown in were between 60 and short under 70mph. Hey, we should found a "freefall gifted guys flock"! In that we could fly the same fallrate with the forward speed we like. ;) For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple, and wrong.

You can use these two videos as training videos! Everytime I am outside I have an eye on the horizon. This way you'll see a stall coming and get a feeling of how had the pilot has to work at the moment. Try it with the videos - you can see them coming ealier then. Maybe it would be a good idea to train that "feeling for your plane"? For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple, and wrong.

AFAIK these rules are no FAA rules but ICAO rules, or not? For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple, and wrong.

How will I know when I'm ready to move to a bigger suit?
BenediktDE replied to skittles_of_SDC's topic in Wing Suit Flying
I know this situation very well - the only solution for me was to travel a lot! Skip some solo jumps and save the money to travel to locations where you meet people to fly with. That helped me a lot. Enjoy the (air-)flow! For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple, and wrong. -
