Word. Thanks for the post. We've never really chatted, but I love reading what you write, this one hit home. My friends have often helped me make it through, whatever it may be. Especially in the harder times, I know how true they are... I'm so thankful. _______________________ aerialkinetics.com

You're probably going to want something larger in the future. Also depends on what type of objects you'll be jumping mostly. I wouldn't want to jump something that wee with off a low cliff or building, and then have a tight landing spot. No way. If you're tracking away from a high A or big wall with a large open field to land in, then you're much better off. Jumping a bridge isn't a factor on opening either if you have a 180, but a cliff, building, or antenna is. Just points to ponder. The +100 lbs is a good general rule of thumb. So is .6-.7 wingloading. _______________________ aerialkinetics.com

Ok, here are 3 vids from the Royal Gorge that I uploaded to the server (credit to riggersam for the footage). I actually don't have outside video of the 2 way, its floating around somewhere though. I'll work on these some more, putting a link on the main site to the 'movies' section, and maybe throwing in some teasers from Team Hold My Beer's first season "Hey Ya'll watch this"... along with a few others So stay tuned... _______________________ aerialkinetics.com

Poor Trey, I don't know if he's into you 'in that way' adam... but good luck with that. Personally I think hookitT's pretty sexy.

Good! I'm 'specially down with the rollover minutes, and the same great plan I'm on still applies. ... and for the record, I was with Sprint for 2 years and counting the days until my contract expired, so I could switch over. The change was well worth it

I will put it on my website as soon as I figure out how to upload it to the server. It's a phone call away so hopefully I'll get it done this week, along with a few others _______________________ aerialkinetics.com

I second that Huge thanks to Jimmy, Marta and the Go Fast crew. And to think we decided to go on a last minute decision. The entire event was breathtaking, from the jumps (the parachute ride through the canyon was best) to holding my breath watching Dean walk the slackline. Fantastic view, great vibes, marvelous organization and hosting. Once again, great article Heather! Perfect depiction. _______________________ aerialkinetics.com

I was in for a surprise too, when I turned it to KLOL for my daily 4:20 break only to listen to the mariachi band. Bummer. _______________________ aerialkinetics.com

Yeah! Every summer (except for this past one) I'm a camp counselor for middle schoolers for 2 weeks. I don't get paid, but I do get to spend time with kids, the beach, and see their lives change drastically! I was inspired because Beach Retreat impacted my life, and its so rewarding to give back. All the preparation before the trip, the studying, the praying, and then to have them be a part of my life following the camp is uber cool. Can't wait till '05 _______________________ aerialkinetics.com

Immediately I thought of Mar (flyangel2) and then scroll down the thread and to my surprise (or not) she's already been mentioned here a couple times. But I'll tell mine anyway When I finally got to meet her at AOT, we figured out we'd all be in Colorado at the Royal Gorge. Right away she offered us her tent, blankets, sleeping bags, and whatever we needed to camp out for a couple days so we could save on hotel expenses. I'll tell you that woman was on it! She had an entire tub full of everything we needed to stay warm and comfortable for the trip. Even a rad little Coleman lantern that converted into a flashlight. The only thing she forgot was the port-a-potty. I was just so amazed how someone I just met would go so far out of her way to make sure we were set. Thanks Mar, you are so much fun to hang out with. Thanks for your act of kindness. Party on! _______________________ aerialkinetics.com

So no shit there I was, 18 jumps, ready to test out a Sabre 150. No wind, and I executed a killer lil lazy boy (girl)... straight into a slide at home base. I think that was my first 'turf surf,' but I actually ate dirt more/less. I started learning the basics of 'swooping' under my Safire 109 loaded 1.2:1, round about 250-300 jumps. I put 400 jumps on that thing and learned a TON, even at that wingloading. I bought it at 100 jumps, and began testing the waters (in regards to learning high perfomance landings) 100 jumps later. I'm still learning (not under the same canopy though). _______________________ aerialkinetics.com
