I agree. If she was really getting into skydiving, she would turn around and say 'Fuck off - I am here to skydive, now go bother someone else'. (I know this because I hear it quite often..... )

OK, found this online. Looks like it is more of an exercize fad thing. I could see the benefit for the handicapped and elderly, but chair dancing for people who are able-bodied?

I've heard there is now a craze in America that people don't bother getting up from their chairs to dance. They just sit in their chairs and gyrate. Am I being wound up chronically or are people really getting that fat/lazy that they can't be bothered to stand up to dance? I actually really do hope that this was a piss-take. Will

I don't have a problems with BMWs, its the arrogant, rude, inconsiderate pricks who drive them I don't like. (funny how other cars in the same price range, eg. Audis don't seem to attract the same low-life owners)

How would you feel if you did stay with her? Would you be able to trust somebody who cheated on you for 7 weeks? Chicks might try to tell you differently but in a relationship there is only one parachute. Whoever uses it first to get out is normally OK, it is the other person who is left to deal with the 'Why wasn't I good enough?' shit when they bounce. Walk away now with some dignity. Don't take her back or go crawling after her. You didn't cheat on her so why should you accept her cheating on you? I went through all this four years ago. Hardened me up about a lot of things that I would and wouldn't stand for. But the good news is you will fall in love again (and you would've got to know yourself a helluva lot better through the ordeal you are going through now).

They also have a very good, very graphic ad in the UK along these lines. A mother pulls off with her kids in the car, son sitting in the back seat. The voice-over then says 'Mrs. Jones knew her killer....'. An ominous looking white van then pulls out behind her, but then turns down a side street. She then sees something in front of her and slams on the brakes. Her son (the killer she knew) goes flying into the back of her head. She gets her head smashed and the son falls back in his seat with a smashed face. The ad is really graphic, I was surprized but also impressed that they show it on national TV. Of course in the UK, they also show interviews with smokers wheezing with emphysema, then end with 'Joe Bloggs died of lung cancer/emphysema X weeks after this interview'. These are real people who want to warn others about what is happening to them (slow painful death by asphyxiation as they cough up bits of their own lungs). Yep, (lack of) seat-belts and smoking - two of my pet peeves.. Will

Speaking of stupid people.... We've got a chick here at work who poured a cup of tea over her brand new Sony Vaio laptop. Strangely it stopped working soon after (she thought just leaving it lying upside down and letting it dry would do the trick.. ). We sent it back to Sony (repairs not covered by warranty - £244). We loan her another laptop to use until her's is fixed, so what does she do? She forgets it in a black cab on her way to a meeting... She then tells me she'll ring up the 'black cab company' in London and reclaim it. I then had to explain that most black cabs in london are driven by the owner, there is no company and there happen to be quite a few black cabs in this town... Man, I've had users fuck up before, but this was just way OTT.

LOL actually half the pics didn't even come out because there was too much smoke from the dance floor. One of my mates had to go round the house removing the batteries from the smoke detectors because they all started going off!!! skydivers and a smoke machine are a baaaad combo... Will

I'm surprized to hear that. I thought a significant amount of the training before the first jump focussed on packing. I'd have thought/hoped this would be thorough enough that you would then be confident of jumping your own pack job (packed under supervision of course). Who did you do your course through, how many days etc. If you'd prefer to PM me details, that would be fine too. Will
