That's just a South Park clip Yup, that's bogus bullshit. Here's the real footage. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6vh3mpw5RYg "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." Neil Young

Bush lacked the will to get Bin Laden and focused on an easy target. At the end of his two terms, Bin Laden was still alive and pulling the strings. Obama comes along and in just two years Bin Laden is dead! Seems that Obama is the man of will and determination. This shit should had been done ten years ago. Either that or Obama did a great job of piggy backing on someone else's work. I can walk up to a puzzle with only one piece left to finish it, put the piece in and say "done" also..... Did you miss the part earlier where the intelligence that lead to Bin Laden came from water boarding? Hahahahahahahahahahahaha You are a funny guy. Truth is, it took Obama and the United States Navy to get the job done. Bush and the Army dropped the ball. Good thing Obama and the United States Navy were there to get the shot. GO NAVY "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." Neil Young

somehow you forgot about the 43rd President. Seeing how the initial intel and all things in place were put there by him, and kept by Obama It just riles your feathers that Obama has done what Bush so miserably failed to do. Oh, but he did catch Saddam. That must of had been quite the task. You know, with Saddam so deep in hiding. If Bush had stayed the course, instead of dropping the ball and pouring every resource into a country that had nothing to do with 9-11, he might had been the one getting the praise. Fact is, Bush made the situation worst. "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." Neil Young

Unlikely to happen as Barnum was taken out in a raid conducted by an elite force of killer clowns on April 7, 1891. As old as you are, I would had thought that you might recall the headline "BARNUM IS DEAD, SIDESHOW FREAKS ARE FREE, AT LAST!" Get with the times, old man! Who fucking cares? How many in the WTC were armed? Doesn't matter. YOU CAN'T DO SHIT ABOUT A FUCKING PLANE HITTING THE BUILDING YOU"RE IN!!!!!!! You know you're pathetic. All of you're crying over a dead piece of crap is pathetic. Hats off to Obama! He made the right decision. Instead of just dropping bombs, like Bush would had done, or invading another country instead of going after Bin Laden, like Bush did, Obama MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE and kept his eye on the prize. And, what about that NAVY? FUCKING A DITTY BAG!!! You want the job done and done fast? Send in the Navy!!!!!!!! GO NAVY "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." Neil Young

Moon produces its own light, some Christians believe...

Nonsense! We must speak accurately when addressing such issues so as not to corrupt the sanctity of science. We do not want to offend people so I propose these new politically correct terms: moonlight = Stellar reflection beautiful sunset = beautiful earth revolution If anyone uses the former terms, you may punch them in the face for being delusional, ignorat hooligans that dare to oppose the hammer of science. There's hope for you yet! "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." Neil Young -
Oh well. Gimme another hit and let's go find some food; I'm starving Wendy P. Puff, puff, pass... here have some Doritos. They're nacho flavor! "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." Neil Young

Collectively, the over all international community felt a need, for whatever reason, to remove Saddam from power. The Coalition is evidence to this. Bush's underlying reason was mostly revenge. He all but abandoned the hunt for Bin Laden and wasted resources and manpower in a country that was retained and no longer a threat. Chances are Saddam would be close to a natural death by now anyways. Or a well placed missile could had taken him out in short order. Bush 1 said "You break it, you bought it". His son should had listened to him. The old man knew better than to go all the way in. Bush 2 acted solely on bravado. That alone might be consider a crime. But, you're welcomed to call whomever you wish a war criminal. It is a free country, after all. Got any plans for the Fourth of July? Maybe, you plan to protest a firework display or two? You're allowed to do that, too. Good to be an American. Is it not? You can thank a vet, those serving, and those you will serve for that. 4/20/2011, sometime after 4:20pm... uhhh, wait sec. Need to check the calendar... Oh, crap! We missed the revolution. "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." Neil Young

For one, street gangs are criminal organizations and do not follow the rules of society. They are dealt with accordingly. Armed forces follow rules of war (The Geneva Convention.) When members act outside of those rules they then become war criminals. When they are caught, they are then dealt with accordingly. The vast majority are there because they wholeheartedly believe in the over all cause of freedom. Very few care squat about the politics. It's a cop out calling all of the troops criminals. But, you can call them what you please. You have that right. You should thank every American and Non-American who has ever given service to this country to protect it's borders so that you can maintain that right. "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." Neil Young

If you are referring to this, "I've yet to see anyone ignoring the sacrifices of the troops."? I'll add, "...accept for a few." "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." Neil Young

You don't have to call a rabbit a rabbit. That doesn't change what he is. Peace, Jim B. That is an insult to any anyone who has ever served for whatever type of government they believed in. True, some do join armed forces solely to kill, but the mass majority join because they believe, over all, they are doing what is right. And that solely depends on what side of the fence you stand on. When I joined, I honestly believed that Iran threatened our way of life. I was ready and willing to go to war. That would had not made me a criminal. Nor is my father a war criminal for serving several tours in Vietnam. I wonder, have you yourself ever served? If you done nothing wrong, you have nothing to worry about. Knock, knock. Uhmmm... yes? Sir, we're here from the DHS to install our latest counter-terrorist camera system in your home. SAY, WHAT THE FUCK!!!!! Sir, please step aside. Fuck you! I'm calling my lawyer! Sir, if you're doing nothing wrong, you should have nothing to worry about. This is BULLSHIT! Sir, you seem to not have a problem with the On Star in your car or the GPS tracking on your cell phone. There is a camera on every corner. Why then would you oppose to a camera in your home? Are you hiding something? Sounds like grounds to search. Enact the Patriot Act! Arrest this man! "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." I have never supported the invasion of Iraq. I do support the men and women of all the branches of the military. I spent time over there on an LPH during the Iranian Crisis and the Iraq-Iran war. I understand their sacrifices as does many other veterans who oppose war. IMO, and the opinion of others, there was no solid justification for this invasion. I would not nor would I ever call those who serve with honor war criminals. "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." Neil Young

Listen young man, I realize you have been brainwashed to believe that which you posted above. Let me assure you that the only person in the world who can protect my Rights is me! Please do not attempt to put on to me the responsibility of your transgressions! Further please let me point out to you that the Rights ennumerated in the Constitution aren't reserved to just the American people but are inherent by birth to all the people of the world. If you have in anyway been a party to the invasion or occupation of any sovereign nation, you are a war criminal. Ya know, you could just put down your weapon and come home. You could leave today and come home and take care of your family. If all soldiers just put down their weapons and went home to take care of their families we would have no wars and the entire world could celebrate their Rights. It all starts with one ,shward, The invasion and the exodus. Peace, Jim B. Kelpdiver, as I said... "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." Moon produces its own light, some Christians believe...
freethefly replied to JerseyShawn's topic in Speakers Corner
As someone in the comment column pointed out the URL for this story was published April 6, 2006. Kinda old and really not much of a story anyways. I would believe the vast majority of Christians would agree that the moon reflects light and not emit. Much ado about nothing. "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." Neil Young -
I see, you're naive. This will help fill you in on the relations leading up to Desert Storm. Saddam believed that had a solid relationship with the U.S.. And why wouldn't he? The U.S. has given him support throughout his time as dictator, so far. He was to by Amb. Glaspie that "we have no opinion on your Arab-Arab conflicts, such as your dispute with Kuwait." The U.S. had no problem when he attacked Iran. Why would we when he attacked Kuwait. As you admit, the no-fly zones and inspection were successful. There was absolutely no cause for Bush to invade. It was expected that Saddam would, from time to time, encroach on the no-fly zone. It's what you would expect from any country that has had boundaries and embargoes imposed on them. The U.S. would be no different if these acts were put upon us after years of support. Not to say that Saddam wasn't a bad guy, but I can see where he felt betrayed. http://military.discovery.com/randr/interactives/iraq/timelines/us_iraq/us_iraq.html Well, thank you for your diagnosis. Nut-bags calling for soldiers to be tried for war crimes is nothing new. It happens in every war. Poor attempt at painting me as non-supportive of the military. As for the op? I fully support Bush's Warrior 100k Ride. "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." Neil Young

The last question was rhetorical. We could had done far better had we allowed the inspectors to complete the job they were given. Israel has used phosphorous bombs. http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2009/jan/16/phosphorus-bombs-video-israel-gaza The only right thing to do is for all countries to abandon weapons programs. Sadly, that will never happen. I've yet to see anyone ignoring the sacrifices of the troops. As for people spitting on Vietnam vets, well as far as I know, it's mostly myth. My father is a Vietnam vet. Him and his buddies never got spit on. Many of my friends are also vets and were never spit on. I'm not saying that no one was spit on. It may have happened. Most accounts come from people who know a guy who knows someone who has a brother who knows a guy who has a friend who saw someone spitting on someone. http://www.vvaw.org/veteran/article/?id=350 "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." Should we invade all countries that may possibly have WMDs. I believe, we (the U.S.) has the largest stockpile of WMDs and an ongoing NC warfare programs (I find it hard to believe that the biological warfare program has been completely shut down.) Should we invade ourselves? http://usiraq.procon.org/view.resource.php?resourceID=000678 "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." Neil Young
