See Dave's response above. Matt An Instructors first concern is student safety. So, start being safe, first!!!

I do not remember when the swap of the tie clasp was made for the BYU pin, but it happened quite a while after the fact, after much urging by me. You indicated 60's and 70's which is a little vague. Can you find out when they STOPPED making that particular style. Mac said he bought it new, so it was probably sitting in a Utah store and could have been sitting there forever. Wish I could be more helpful. I could research the written reports of the pin and those of the clasp and try to rough-in a date when the story changed, if anybody really gave a rat's arse. Be hard to nail down due to 'retro-corrected' facts, unless you could find the 'edited' dates as well. Glad to see some unbiased work being done. Don't see Blevins helping out, do you? Matt? Jerry? Wonder why not......... NOT! He is in a parallel world trying to re-light interest on that KC book disaster with wild-hair posts oblivious to the discussion at hand. Reminds me of the two guys in the hospital. Guy is sitting there taking imaginary objects from space and collecting them in his left hand. The fellow beside him is doing the exact opposite. "What's going on here?" asks the visitor. "Shutter there, is plucking the blinking stars from the Heavens," says the Doctor. "And Blevins? he's putting new replacement stars back. We keep them both locked up in here." WE do give a rats ass, which is why we don't believe you. Caught again with a none-truth "Written Reports", your claim all along has been they don not exist. Now you say you will look through these none-existent reports and make up some more info for us. If you do have these none-existent reports scan them and post them. Or take a pic of them and post them, then that might actually qualify as evidence. If it does qualify as evidence the real truth seekers can investigate it and figure out its validity. I do appreciate the small insights you have been sharing as of late, in to who you are though, it helps in keeping your motivation for your story in context. THANK GOD NOBODY DOES!! Truth talks, bullshit walks. You have developed a standing, or I guess, a sitting. It is the principle of the thing. A no-win situation. Right? There is a difference between a public opinion and preaching to the Crew. Than when are you walking? Jo, the pic of the Tie Tack looks "off". It is backwards to the shirt style and there is plenty of other white specs on the pic to suggest that it is not even a tie tack but maybe dirt on the pic. It wasn't Duane, he wasn't part of a conspiracy to change the Pre-boarding security measures (I have e-mails that now want names to sue people over that statement. It was one dude, who probably perished in the woods do to inadequate planning. Matt An Instructors first concern is student safety. So, start being safe, first!!!

Except that even the State Dept says the Movies facts are two years behind as far as the Asshat in Question. Matt An Instructors first concern is student safety. So, start being safe, first!!!

Based on your comment I take it you didn't take the time to read my or Matt's post above? Well, why confuse the issue with facts? Matt An Instructors first concern is student safety. So, start being safe, first!!!

To add to what Scott said, the Tridents being placed on the coffin is base on a real funeral service and was re-enacted pretty closely to how it happened. The SEAL who died earned the Medal of Honor for his actions. Many do not even know who he is or why he earned the Medal of Honor. Having sat with his surviving Team Mates and talking with them, I think every one of them would be glad the scene was re-enacted. Yes, it is a movie. Yes, it started out as a Recruiting Project. But it is a good movie, with "real" plot and real human interests. And it gives away nothing you can't find on youtube or Popular Mechanics. Matt An Instructors first concern is student safety. What ever you narrow down your choices too, look at samplelist.com, dvor.com, cheaperthandirt.com and outdoorsmanguide.com, They all carry the top of the line optics and do so at cheaper than retail prices (normally). I got my EOTech 522 (in AA, same reason as some one listed above, common battery, all my "extra's" are AA powered)from samplelist, it was a display model in AAFES and sells for ~ $500, I got it delivered for $350. Sorry about messing up the format. Not intentional. Back to Criminology 101. These were what is known in the trade as "drops" or "plants". These apparently innocent items left behind are intentionally left to steer the investigation in a way the perpetrator wishes. The narrow black tie was to indicate a BYU student prank on Thanksgiving holiday vacation. The pin was to involve McCoy and 'da boys'. McCoy couldn't explain the pin and had to swap it out. The FBI supervisor got the job, so Mac bought a tie clasp new, himself, of a specific design to change the drop back to Weber. These are the facts as they happened, not idle speculation about phony evidence. Moe quatrains from Knosstradamus aka Col Sanders. I really like his "in the trade" comment. Such a man of mystery huh? Laughable. Matt An Instructors first concern is student safety. So, start being safe, first!!!

http://www.nooga.com/154016/new-skydiving-business-opens-in-marion-county-serves-chattanooga/ Seeing how Justin used to work for ASC and all that... the quoted person in the news story sure sounds like a skyride rip off sale to me.... So reason lends it self to think it might be another ticket taker dz, at least that was my first thought when I read the news story. So they are a Skyride/Thrillplanet/Sportations Redeemer, got it. Why put a DZ in competition with the two they own out right (if this one isn't owned out right as well)? Matt An Instructors first concern is student safety. So, start being safe, first!!!

The message is the messanger is the message in your case, you fool. Take some good advice. Never take advice. No point in changing anything! It is comedy the likes of which weathermen and small news anchors, and bird watchers, and dinosaur bone illustrators, and FBI agents - have never seen! Keep up the good work, tigre. SEE ATTACHED. Self explanatory. Whatever makes him happy, Georger. Send him another 5 gallon bucket of half-baked beans and green eggs. Wasn't it you, who was all cry baby-ish over insults and personal attacks recently? Why yes it was! Matt An Instructors first concern is student safety. So, start being safe, first!!!

100% Skyride. Since there is a conflict in posts, what do you base your "100% Skyride" statement on? Matt An Instructors first concern is student safety. So, start being safe, first!!!

Ya and he has steel balls and a pea sized brain Since it kind of goes along with the topic: CW-"these are real combat vests?" Me-" Yeah, but one is only the carrier" CW- "Cool" ..."We could shoot each other and be OK?" Me- "Sure, with in reason" CW-"Can we?"..."like you said, you know, with in reason" Me-"Sure, I will shoot first" Co Worker looks hesitant, then asks "What does that mean 'one is only a carrier' ?" Now, I think I need to get a second lock on my office. I would hate to see this guy on the local news! Matt An Instructors first concern is student safety. So, start being safe, first!!!

The lens tech and framing advice, I leave up to DSE. This is fro man C/E and I/E as well as a way back when Videographer. Please do not mix Coaching and Shooting video till your proficient at both as separate jobs! Be safe. ask and learn at the DZ from the top Coaches and Camera Flyer's at your DZ. They look like a group (Family) starting a news business in the area. Make a trip out in person and see who they are. But SET would be my personal jump location choice if in the Eastern end of TN. Matt An Instructors first concern is student safety. So, start being safe, first!!!

Yeah I watched it too, just didn't make sense to test out the vest. I have two within arms reach of me here in the office, with soft and hard armor, yet, I see no need to show off or "see" if they will do there jobs! That Dude, is, a "nutter"! Matt An Instructors first concern is student safety. So, start being safe, first!!!

Why the hell did he feel the need to test out the vest? He didn't trust the hundreds of youtube videos showing they work in real confrontations? Matt An Instructors first concern is student safety. So, start being safe, first!!!

Probably a rise in shoplifting. Initially, sure. But then some prices would fall due to lack of sales. Some individuals would find work and earn some money to buy items as well. It would be a painful period of time, but maybe a short period of time. Matt An Instructors first concern is student safety. So, start being safe, first!!!
