    Would be the majority of that group, wouldn't it? *yes, I know it's splitting hairs, but so is half the argument on this thread* I think the dynamics of a mob are slightly different than an democratic vote. there is a reason why we have the phrase "mob mentality." In a mob, there might very well be a few very strong willed individuals who coerce and threaten the rest to go along. Of course, then same thing happens in a democractic vote to an extent, but I think the process is MUCH more amplified when you are talking about something as explosive as a mob. Let us put kallend's strong dislike of Bush aside for a second. While this US adminstration does not "kick out" media who ask questions they don't like, how many times have we heard "no comment" or "I cannot answer that due to national security" in the last few years? And even on things seemingly innocuous? So, ignoring the dislike kallend has about this administration, I think the "refusing to cooperated with media we don't like" corollary is a valid one.     First, it is a hospital and red cross. Concievably, many there might be young or old. That is the way hospitals often work. In any case, 11 out of 28 are "older." Out of those 11, I would say that 8 are of fighting age. I have highlighted them for you. We could quibble over the 40, 39, and 45 year old, but I think they could still fight. With 8 men, that is over 28% of the list are of "fighting age." With 5 men, it is 17%. How many would have to be of "fighting age" for you to consider it a proper "demographic?" If indeed he missed the point, wouldn't it be much more conducive to the debate to explain what the point was instead of merely telling him he missed it? I am not sure how many countries you have been to, but EVERY one I have been to has had homeless people who are not cared for. Though I suppose the US should take care of ALL of them as well.
