    Its not about the cost. Its about the ride. I also have a Kawasaki ZX-6R 600 Ninja. Its way fun and cost about 20% of what the Harley cost me. I like my Harley better. __ My mighty steed

    You wouldnt want to do it that way. Your friend the pilot could conceivably get into a lot of trouble. You also wouldnt be insured and I'd question the competance of any instructor that would be willing to do a tandem that way. Go to a USPA member dropzone and have fun __ My mighty steed

    My not-very-experienced opinion is that your legs need to be much straighter and toes pointed to get good forward movement. Were those some kinda front or backloops you were attempting? Its hard to tell because the video is so jumpy. __ My mighty steed

    In this case, do they really need to? We are all skydivers. Presumably we have all experienced increases in price when fuel costs go up. Its a reasonable expectation that the cost per jump might change just as they do at your home dz. Cost of fuel goes up, so does the price per jump. To think they can (or should) lock in a price months in advance and stick to it no matter what they have to pay for fuel is not reasonable at all. __ My mighty steed

I've seen lots of posts here (and on other kinds of forums) where people say things like "Skydivers are hornier than other people" What??!? Thats completely absurd. As it is completely absurd to claim that skydivers as a whole are any specifc thing other than skydivers. They/we ALWAYS act as if they are somehow better than "normal" people. We are skydivers, everyone else is a WUFFO, and somehow dumber, lamer, and beneath us. Break it down evern farther and you have subsets within the groups. Freeflyers are cooler than belly fliers. Guys that ride harleys are cooler than guys that ride crotch rockets. Its all dumb. Skydivers arent more anything than anyone else. We are just potential Soylent Green like everyone else
