WAY too many hours!!! I have a great paying job doing exactly what I want as a Sr. UNIX administrator with similar time in the field as you. I dont know what they are offering you but if its 70+ hours a week it BETTER be well above 6 figures. I'm up there and I work 40 hours per week mostly. You want your life to be nothing but computers? Your daughter is very fortunate that you pay for all of this for her. My own kids want to jump when they are old enough. I've told them that their first tandem is on me, after that they are on their own.
