i know that plans have been made to go to different events, and i even have friends competing in nationals this weekend, i am not asking you or them to make life altering plans or disregard what you have been training for, over the past year, i am however asking that if you can find the goodness in your heart to look for the well-being of others, over your own entertainment, that you simply just take a weekend off, and support people whose lives have been shattered, that is all.

I know this is ridiculous, i know you all are gonna call me a loony bastard for saying this, but we should not jump this weekend, not because of the weather, or any other crap, but if we pay for jumps, i think we should just skip one weekend of jumping. On average i spend any where from 100 to 250 dollars on a weekend of jumping, this weekend, i can't do that, I think that the american red cross could use that more then i can, so here is what I am gonna do......I am going to make 1 hop and pop this weekend, and the rest of my money that I would have spent on jumping, i am gonna buy little girls bottles of water with, I am going to buy an elderly lady a sandwich, I am going to help people who have lost everything, just get something to eat, i love adrenaline, but I hope that my money can have more of an impact on the world then just me jumping for a weekend, I challenge you all to look inside your hearts and donate to the american red cross or any other charity that you prefer. The choice is yours cats......the DZ will still be there next week

So I am in my office that has pics up of all the crazy things that I have done this summer here, and i can't think about all the crazy things that have gone in my life since May, most importantly Racer42 is now 45 years old, HAHAHHA sucka!!!! I learned that peeing in your wet suit is for "Retards and children under 5..." thanks Jay, I flew a smaller canopy, just once and it was bad ass, and last night I watched two young adults sit in my room and play, don't break the ice, like they were both chilldren under the age of 5, it was nice, very nice. I truly learned again and again how good of a friend that my brother is to me, and how wonderful it is to be shown what it is like to a really good friend! I'll be 26 in 22 days, and i write all this as sort of a manifesto, sort of a shout out and all a "pin the heart on the sleeve" exercise. Thanks to all that have made my life better since i started this sport, you are truly good friends. Thanks and we will see you out there. Most importantly, to that one dz.commer that has only posted six times, thanks for being that river in my life, thank you so very, vey much Ahh, what a wonderful world.
