  1. Probably! But I'll never tell! You see I like this guy who prefers I be more of a lady these days. I try to comply as best I can. But I did live through my 20s and early 30s at DZs. And yes, in fact ran out a time or two. I try to keep moving around, but damned if the stories don't somehow manage to follow! Me thinks I need a bigger box!
  2. I'm as old as the hills and feel even older, but I still get carded for smokes. Don't you know it's not polite to ask a woman's age? And as per my part in anything.... I am innocent of all charges! It wasn't me! I was never there! And I have no idea what you're talking about!
  3. It's just speculative and hypothetical, no need to get personal. Just an observation after almost 2 decades in the sport! Is trolling a bad thing? My naievitee in this forum forum seems to be getting me in trouble. Why all the thought police? To quote a famous man, "Can't we all just get along?!"
  4. Look, I caught a couple though! Now I can drag them back to my cave, kill 'em and eat 'em! Yum! Snacks!
  5. Wild, and free, 'till the only way to be! Flying in the sky, or fishing in the Sea! Tee Hee!
  6. Look what you've gone and done.... ! Now I'm gonna have to change my alias.... It's fun when no one knows who you are! I always seemed to to have had trouble hiding in a crowd!
  7. Who moi? What am I up to? 'bout 5'3", why do you ask? Just havin' a little fun!
  8. That's encouraging that you find older ladies attractive! What would be your limit? Might you have one? It just isn't fair that we women seem to fear this 40 thing as the end of the road of external attractiveness, while the dude I have the hots for is almost an SOS, or as I like to say, a SSS (Sexy Senior Skydiver). Men never seem to lose their appeal, and most just get better with age, like a fine wine! In fact I find 50 year olds far more attractive than any 20 or 30 year old any day! The PC among us would say the same for women, but it's just not the same!
  9. Now don't anyone get all bent out of shape! I am just having a little fun, and I do so with the kindest of hearts and the gentlest of intensions. I am a good witch! I mean no harm! I might squash another human, but I would never hurt a fly!
  10. Hey I Ice Skated at Lake Placid! I got to experience Amish people looking for the DZ near the Finger Lakes, NY! Pretty place! Funny story though.... I got lost and asked around for the airport. No one knew where it was even those who had lived there 30 years or more. Moments later I stumbled upon it just a 1/4 mile away. Those guys don't get out much do they? I wonder what keeps the current Amish kids so devout? That must be some pretty powerful stuff! They ought to bottle it and sell it to smokers to help them quit!
  11. No really, what does LMAO mean? PlainVanilla said that to me the other day. Should I bytch slap her for it?
  12. Look out you young wiffersniffer, I'll bytch slap you! You see what horrible manners I'm learning here?! My Lord and Master will be very discouraged! He way even dude slap me around a bit and make me sleep outside again!
  13. Say, hows about opening another fresh can of worms and discuss how you guys feel and what you would do if and when some scantily clad or otherwise very overtly friendly and flirtacious girl/boy hit on and persistantly played with or pursued/sought out your guy/girl/significant other on the DZ? That ought to be a very lively subject to debate/discuss! This happens all too aften as we all know, but few may be willing to admit, since it is such a sensitive issue. I don't know what would be an appropriate response. I think we could all benefit from some input on how to best manage this delicate interpersonal situation. Ding! Round 4!
  14. What does LMAO mean? Y'all must be from a different planet than I!
  15. What in the World are all these acronyms like LOL, ROFLAO, & others? Is this a freefly thang?
  16. Where's Lititz? Someone I know on this forum might bytch slap you for using that word! Can you really bobsled in Pennsylvania?
  17. it's the one liners that get you in the most trouble though I have found. I had a good one last night! It made me laugh, but others got defensive!
  18. I know how you feel. I hurt my neck so I couldn't jump like I used to on a regular basis with my man who is retired and does nothing but jump jump jump. It's hard to just sit, sit, and sit watching someone else have all the fun jumping. Then my Daddy got ill and died, and my Mother needs me in California, so I am not able to be with my true love at the moment. He has been patiently waiting for me for 4 years. I hope I can return to be with him in the long run, but in the interim, my heart yearns for him every moment of every day. I don't understand how so many can suggest the "out of sight, out of mind" "if you can't be with the one you love, love anyone else you can" tendancy. Even though I am very lonely without my man to have and to hold, the mere thought of even touching another makes my skin crawl! Am I just weird this way, or do others feel the same? Is this a girl thing, or do you think men might also feel the way I do?
  19. What is a bytch slap? You won't actually consider or condone hitting another human being, particularly a guy, would you? Why that's assault! Would it be fair for a guy to dude slap a girl?
  20. Great! That's the whole point isn't it?! I dare say, sometimes my dry sense of humor seems to elude others. Sometimes when I'm just having fun people seem to bet all bent out of shape! In fact my new thread, "Freash Can of Worms" got locked up! Why that's sensorship! And yet another of my more serious comments defending the pilot who was killed in the King Air chrash in Hawaii in '99, who also happened to be my fiancee, was deleted altogether! I am new to this game. Seems like you have to tread carefully, or the thought police will get you! Sure is addictive though! Wish some people wouldn't get so hostile and super critical. This is all just supposed to be for fun isn't it?
  21. Didn't you learn anything from Shakespere's "Taming of the Shrew?" Why do you think kids all have to read those books in high school? That is the impressionable time when they are supposed to learn valuable lessons of proper edicut, interpersonal relations, and how to conduct oneself in all other areas of life. If more people paid attention in high school to what they were being taught, the World would be a far better, more peaceful, loving place, and the divorce rate wouldn't be at near 50% or higher?! I always bow to my MAN as my Lord, and serve him graciously! I do his bidding, never question why, and absolutely never talk back. Doing this for him and paying him such respect and acknowledgement makes both him happy and me feel good inside as well. And he in turn gives me his loyalty, his honor, and his respect. It's mutually beneficial, symbiotic, and that way we both win! Sure, it's old fashioned, but as it worked then it still works today. I wish I could give you a quote from Miss Kate's long winded grand finale address to the people attending her engagement party, the world from which would be so appropriate here! By the way, whenever I see another skydiver named Kate, who is quite head strong just like Kathrine, I think of her in that role and laugh to myself, imagining her in the role of Kathrine being tamed as transpired in the book. I have my own private joke going which makes me giggle inside by always addressing her as "Miss Kate". While she reminds me much of the shrew, Kathrine, before she is tamed by her prospective mate, she would never in a gazillion years ever be forced to yield to a man. She would never allow any man to ever dare try to tame her, but believe it or not, I'm sure if she ever wanted a man and respected him enough, it would happen! Just think about it ladies,... do you think being a self centered shrew is good for a relationship? When a woman falls in love with a man for real, and honestly respects the fellow, she will yield and give of herself as if she were tamed. It happens to the best of us, even Miss Kate! So yielding and conceding is not a concession of weakness by any means, but rather just an acknowledgement of respect for your mate. Any woman who would not yield to her Man/Lord in that way is too self -centered, selfish, and ego centric, full of herself if you will, to begin with, and will probably never change. So men, be wary and warned... stay away from women like that, for they will only bring you grief, hardship, and heartache in the end. If a woman serves her Man and treats him like her Lord, he in turn will treat her like a Lady, and a mutual respect and symbiotic serving of each by the other will be established and maintained. This will ensure a harmonious, mutually beneficial union, not one imbalanced wherein the selfishness of one of the parties, usually the woman, since women are more used to getting things their way, will overwhelm the relationship, and eventually drive the divide as the "giver" slowly begins to build resentment for the persistant "taker" over time. As you might recall from Shakespere's story, Miss Kate was all too happy in the end to please her man, to the astonishment of the crowd. But in the end, she and her Man/Lord had the strongest, most loving, mutually respectful, secure bond of all the couples in the room, whose own relationships were not as solid. In the end they were all envious of the relationship that Kate and her Lord had built together. If you each serve the other, both win. If you are only out to serve yourself, both lose! Isn't it grand learning such valuable lessons from the past. The more things change, the more they stay the same! A note to my Love... I worship you, my Lord! How can I serve thee today? Give it a try ladies.... it doesn't hurt! It actually feels quite good! You ought to try it some time!
  22. As I recall, they were also from around Vienna. I have met other Viennanese, in Eloy, but don't remember their names off hand. Ask around about Hansi Shneburger, though if you would please. I know he was very experienced in the sport and should be known somewhere around there. My email address is annbrolly@earthlink.net. Have fun in Florida! My second home is in DeLand, but I am stuck up in Santa Cruz near San Francisco, California right now.
  23. What's the deal with eliminating entire threads? I seem to have noticed this. There is one in particular I was following that appears to have just vanished!
