Throw a few skydivers out of a boat without scuba gear..... good chance to survive for at least 60 seconds. Throw a few scuba divers out of a plane without rigs..... and 60 seconds later there's some used scuba gear on the market.... For a proper comparison, have a few skydivers get out of submarine at 150 ft, and see how well they survive if I had my choice of a freefall with no rig or a free ascent from 150', hmmm - let me think about that one Give one city to the thugs so they can all live together. So did you see the last couple of minutes in the SEC championship game? I didn't care who won, but I was dumbstruck at the number of fuck-ups on both sides and maybe the officiating crew as well. so continuing this story..... - I finally received a bill in January 2009, one year after the expenses were incurred, from a collection agency - the bill was the full amount $12,000+, and did not show the insurance payment or adjustment, I have the paperwork from the insurance company - I call and get a surprisingly nice person on the phone, tell her I never received a bill, and that the collection notice has the incorrect amount - she says, "it happens all the time, the accounting dept at the hospital is a bunch of idiots", she says just wait until I receive a corrected bill - 3 weeks later I get the corrected bill and call the collection agency - she offers to reduce the bill 20% if I pay now, I pay it, how nice is that Give one city to the thugs so they can all live together. Danny Smith used to fly ours down to Hilton Head for vacation during the week. The FBO would get pissed having that "peice of junk" on his ramp next to the nice jets. At least we were nice enough to hang 5-gallon buckets under the engines to catch the oil. The "real" pilots thought it was great. Give one city to the thugs so they can all live together.
