It's too bad that logic doesn't often make an appearance in the court room. Just think about it. If a gun owner is so irresponsible that he leaves his firearm lying around where children will find it, so uncaring that he doesn't educate his children about firearms, and so incompetant that he doesn't check the chamber for the last round, does anyone really think a tiny metal post will prevent problems? You have to look at the keyword in that paragraph. The gun manufacturers can idiot-proof every gun they sell, but eventually there will be a bigger idiot.

Ah, point taken. Just because the threat he made was legal, doesn't mean it was right, or anywhere near appropriate. Personally, I think he is a nut.

He could have meant God, but that doesn't change the fact that Congressmen shouldn't make comments like he did. The threat he made might be enough to motivate some religious nut to go after the judges.

I think it would have been to his benefit to make that more clear if it was the case (and I'm not trying to say that it wasn't). Personally. I think that his comment during that speech is enough to motivate some religious nut to go after the judges involved. Congressmen simply shouldn't make comments like that.

Nothing at all, just saying that there's nothing wrong w/ listening to music that was made before he was born. Although, I guess the Bee Gee's is a little unusual.

I usually download stuff from local bands, and sometimes I'll look up random stuff on CDnow.com. It's better than most of the stuff the have on the radio here.

When you turn it off. I've given up any hope with the radio, I ended up getting one of those MP3 CD players and just listen to CDs whenever I'm in the car. Damn Clear Channel.....

What are you driving while you're doing this? A 1977 Jeep CJ7 that's far more capable, gets better milage, even with a 304 under the hood, made of solid US steel, and with a roll cage rated to industrial strength. Ok. I was worried that you might be doing that in a Neon or something.
