    No shit 'chele, I was just pointing out that you can't compare their records as one doesn't have one. That site is pretty decent actually, doesn't seem biased in any way that I can tell. We could I guess look at every piece of legislation the GWB has signed into law though, why don't they give that history? Or maybe talk about his half a trillion dollar deficit budget proposals?     Interesting. Sometime when you have a moment to spare, check up on working conditions of trhe average American in the mid to late 19th Century. Compare them to now. Unions are responsible for pretty much all of the improvements that we enjoy. That includes you, unless you don't have to work for a living. I am not a union member, but I certainly acknowledge the contribution they have made to making all of our lives better. Are unions perfect? No, but that doesn't make them worthy of hatred. My question is, though this is probably more appropriate for talk back, why is it the you "hate" unions Paige? Some union guys kick your best friends ass or something? I just don't see what possible reason a college girl should have developed such an intense emotion as hatred towards unions. I mean, we seem to have almost no problem with horizontal integration of business in this country, but damn, labor tries to collectively bargain and that's just evil? What gives?     Well Sparky, if you had read my earlier posts you would have seen that during the Senate trial which resulted from the impeachment, Clinton was found not guilty, under the workings of our political/legal system. Whereas that may not make him innocent, it sure as hell makes him not guilty. Go ahead, make ad hominem attacks against my education. Under the letter of the law, you're still wrong.     What I find incomprehensible is that during the process of impeachment he was found not guilty and you guys still seem to think that equals guilty. Plus the fact that this man led the nation through 8 of its most peaceful and prosperous years ever despite the fact that he was under constant attack by the Republican party. And you still choose to ignore this and make his testimony before that grand jury the most critical part of his administration. But, that's what happens when people are more concerned when guys lie about their "little missiles" than when guys lie about "small and shortlived" budget deficits and real big missiles.     Ahem, you know that I was referring to the tactic of screaming "liar" which is what an earlier poster was accusing the dems of being hypocritical about. Once again, no indictment = innocent until proven guilty... it's the bedrock of our legal system, maybe you'd prefer it to be guilty until you prove yourself innocent, but you're out of luck.     On my first off landing/2nd PLF I was laughing my ass off, I tend to laugh after every jump though, as soon as the canopy opens I get all sorts of giggly. Never go to a DZ strip show.

    I absolutely think it would be different. It may suprise you but I don't think very many men claim abuse by the opposite sex in the first place (not because it doesn't happen) but those who do are not given very much attention. Such allegations should be taken seriously regardless of who is making them, but due process is a fundamental part of our legal system. Never go to a DZ strip show.
