  1. How do you figure the price of gold changed by $209 between the end of Trump’s presidency and the beginning of Biden’s? When do you think a presidency ends? The simple reality is that you’re making things up and inventing numbers while providing both the proof that you’re doing it and the proof that Trump was worse at the things you blame Biden for.

    Trump

Then who was he being nasty to?
  3. How do you figure that the price of gold changed by $209 in between the end of Trump's presidency and the beginning of Biden's? Is that a thing that makes a single of iota of sense to you? Again I say, it's simply fascinating that you think you'll get away with flat out lying while simultaneously providing absolute proof that you're doing it.
  4. It's facinating, truly fascinating, that you think it's a good idea to flat out lie while providing the evidence that proves you are lying. Don't you ever get embarrassed?
  5. Soooo from that chart, tell me how much gold went up during the Trump administration. I mean, you do know which years Presidents are inaugurated, don’t you?
  6. Why didn;t you care when Trump was devaluing the dollar?

    Trump

Don’t forget he’s a born grifter. When it comes to manipulation he’s quite intelligent.
  8. I would be quite surprised if that strategy has ever worked.
  9. He’s probably right… if only because the food industry is so poorly regulated and inspected that unscrupulous abattoirs and ready meal factories are likely to be introducing it into the food chain for everyone, immigrants included. Funnily enough, this just happened to be the reason The Atlantic published a long article about the history of horse meat trading a few years ago… President Donald Trump wants to cut a budget the Bureau of Land Management uses to care for wild horses. Instead of paying to feed them, he has proposed lifting restrictions preventing the sale of American mustangs to horse meat dealers who supply Canadian and Mexican slaughterhouses
  10. That one’s brilliant. It’s got so many levels of insanity to it. Apparently even before he became the candidate it was already known that he was so into porn he used to hang out in porn stores with video booths most weekdays before everything moved online. And now the reporters were able to verify it was him by cracking the fiendish code of he used his own real name, everyday email address and social media handle to register on the site. Other great details like his already well known habit of quoting from Hitler’s speeches but saying that doesn’t mean he likes Hitler because history books quite him too (and the GOP evidently thought that was fine) then on the porn site saying ‘I’d choose Hitler over anyone in DC right now!’ Then after all his warnings about transgender people invading womens’ bathrooms, the admissions that he still fantasises about the time he actually did find a way to spy on a high school girls’ shower room. The theory that says Republicans will always be found trying to do the stuff they accuse their opponents of doing pretty much never fails. I hope we never find out what’s on JD Vance’s takeaway menu…
  11. And yet the numbers are overwhelmingly one sided. What is it exactly that makes you think they really are trying everything they can?
  12. Fine - I have not disputed this. John disagrees with you though.
  13. Then stop doing it. The ten year old kids are. That's an argument that the attack by Israel was justified. I'm not arguing against that. I'm disputing your statement that Israel aren't even responsible for the deaths of the children caught up in it. That's looking glass land logic. If you give a bunch of random people on the bus some hidden explosive devices, detonate them a week later and some of their kids are killed, you are responsible for that. If you give a bunch of terrorists some hidden explosive devices, detonate them a week later and some of their kids are killed, you are responsible for that. Your ability to justify your actions may be very different, your responsibility for the consequences of your actions is identical. Deciding that you can simply drop the effects of the things you do into Room 101 and pretend they don't even exist because the other people are terrorists... well I'm sure you'd get on famously with Cheney and GWB. I'd imagine they've been looking for a third Musketeer ever since Rumsfeld popped his clogs.
  14. No. I'm simply stating the sequence of events, not making an accusation of intent. Israel sent the command to detonate the bombs they planted while some of those bombs were in the possession of children. That is what happened. But you are claiming that someone can give an item with a hidden bomb in it to another person, detonate it later when they have no idea where it is or who is in possession of it at that time, and it's not their fault if it kills someone else. I don't even have to tell you how insane that is, because I know that you know. So why are you saying it?
  15. There is a sliver in the chart for girls, it's too small to see on that particular one. Compare it to the Palestinians everywhere chart and you'll see where it is. My mistake, I had meant to say 'excluding last year's attacks' (the page makes clear it doesn't count those or anything in Gaza since then as it's all too unclear) but I forgot. But then of course you can expand out to Palestinian children killed across the region prior to the current Gaza conflict being more than Israeli civilians of all ages killed in total including last years attacks. If you consider that there are people in the USA so zealous about this conflict that they deny that Israel is responsible for the casualties resulting from their own bombs, imagine how that makes the people living there feel.
  16. Israel made them blow up when the kids had them. A pager isn't a dangerous item to leave around children. An Israeli sabotaged explosive pager is. Israel distributed those weapons, Israel killed those children. Every time you try and deny that plain and obvious reality you just strengthen the impression that you really don't think they should have done it. Illegal Israeli settlers deliberately target civilians in their own homes and villages in terrorist actions in the West Bank with the tacit approval of the IDF. As I said, more Palestinian children get been killed in the west bank alone than Israeli civilians in total, so you're right about it being a bogus equivalence.
  17. No, that's a ridiculous and transparent dodge. I'm not arguing with you because you think it's justified for Israel to kill children as collateral damage in this attack. That's a judgement call, fine. You are choosing to argue the plainly absurd position that Israel is not responsible for the children that were killed with their own bombs. The only reason I can think that an intelligent and reasonable person would say something so ridiculous is because you actually don't think that what they did is morally justified but want to find an excuse to support it anyway. Maybe that's right, maybe not. But you sure as hell aren't saying it because you think it's true.
  18. Since 2008 there have been more Palestinian children killed in the West Bank alone than Israeli civilians everywhere, including illegal expansionist settlers. Hezbollah will say exacty what you just said the other way around. https://www.ochaopt.org/data/casualties
  19. Fine. If you're happy with Israel blowing up kids in retaliation, that's valid. But this doesn't mean Israel is not responsible for blowing up these kids. (We won't even go into how many rockets Israel has fired at kids in Gaza in the last year, that's a separate issue.) ??? I don't even know what you're trying to say now. Israel put the bombs in them, Israel made them blow up, the dead children are Israel's responsibilty. Again, if you believe it's justified and you're comfortable with it, that's valid. But claiming that Israel is not responsible for them is an utter nonsense.
  20. You do get how poorly this reflects on you, not him, right?
  21. Right - they weren't bought for the express purpose of blowing up. Look, if you're happy with this style of attack and that the collateral damage is worth it, that's fine. But claiming that Israel is not responsible for the victims of their bombs is not only a facile argument, it strongly suggests that you really aren't as comfortable with it as you claim to be.
  22. No, of course not. It’s Israel’s fault that the pagers blew up and killed them.
  23. Palestinians in the West Bank are under sustained attack by Israeli terrorist settlers who are unwilling to be peaceful. So everything’s great and they’re both totally right to be fighting each other.
  24. I admire your confidence. ”A. source close to the group told AFP news agency that the son of Hezbollah MP Ali Ammar and the 10-year-old daughter of a Hezbollah member in the Bekaa Valley were among those killed. Later, the source said the son of another lawmaker, Hassan Fadlallah, was wounded, having initially reported that he was dead.”
  25. Great example. We absolutely cannot predict the result of the next coin flip, yet we can confidently predict the overall split of the next ten thousand coin flips to within fractions of a percent. How can this be?
