No-one should shut up about the fact that Weinstein is a scumbag. What they should shut up about is the idea, espoused by several on here, that Harvey Weinstein could only have gotten away with it because of a Democratic party conspiracy to protect him, and that Weinstein is not making enough headlines or drawing enough comment because the liberal media and liberal posters love him and want to protect him. Every criticism the conservatives here have come up with about the left's response to Weinstein (including the made up ones) can be charged back wth interest about the right's response to O'Reilly. That is a good question. I my situation I did not want to lose their friendship. Marines, IMO, tend to be on one side or the other. But the comment was meant as advice to others, who presumably are not friends with them, otherwise you would not need to explain what PGR riders are like. So why does someone who is not friends with a PGR rider need to avoid making them angry? Do you want to have an ideagasm?

By your own admission, some of them cannot be trusted when made angry and we have photographic verification that some of them even wear hoodies. So are you saying that being a Patriot Guard Rider means that you should legitimately be Profiled by LEO as being a danger to society and they should be stopped and frisked on sight? You would have no problem with that? Well, I've never met a PGR member that would object. Therefore, no reason why I should. We work with LEOs almost every mission, we're buds. And, who said they can't be trusted when angry? Do you believe that anyone who gets angry loses control? You said don't make them angry. If nothing bad happens when they're angry, why is it important not to make them angry? Do you want to have an ideagasm?

Except you already admitted that wasn't the case. 'Liberal' media outlets are covering it extensively. You tried the 'left wing media is ignoring it' angle already and were proven wrong. Then you switched to 'but you left wing posters on here are ignoring it' and got nowhere, so you're switching back to 'left wing media is ignoring it' even though you know it's not true because we've already had that conversation. So what? Lots of army officers have become president. Does that mean serving in the military is the same as being an elected politician? Lots of lawyers have become president, is working for a law firm the same as being an elected politician? Several scions of american aristocracy have become president, does that mean being born rich is the same as being an elected politician? Literally any successful person in any other major industry. Think about it - are you seriously suggesting that you can't think of anyone in the world who is richer than a movie star? Do you want to have an ideagasm?

Gerrymandering only affects elections for Representatives. It has no bearing on state wide elections such as the presidential or senate races. The structure of the Electoral College ensures, for all practical purposes, the exact same result as gerrymandering. And yet they still want MOAR!!! Trump complained that it was almost impossible for a Republican to win the EC... while being the second Republican president in a row to have won the EC while losing the popular vote. Do you want to have an ideagasm?

I think it's more like, no-one knows what's going to happen when they start firing machine guns out of a hotel window into a music festival crowd, because no-one who wants to do it has ever done it before. He doesn't know how long it's going to take for the police to find him, he doesn't know how long it's going to take for the crowd to disperse, he doesn't know if he's going to get hit by a crippling wave of emotion as the reality of what he's doing sets in halfway through the massacre. How could you know? So, since it was obviously easy enough for him to bring them in, why wouldn't he stock up enough guns and ammunition for his 'best case' scenario, while being aware that he probably wouldn't end up using all of them. Like the guy at the all you can eat buffet who loads up four plates before suddenly needing to barf halfway through the second one. Do you want to have an ideagasm?

Agreed This one has yet to pass the smell test Ron: yes, there are a lot of characteristics of the JFK murder popping up. This one's attracting the sickos, the whackjobs and the conspiracy nuts as well. Marc: What is wrong with your 'smell test'? What do you think didn't happen as stated? Because the easy targets had gone? Because he was tired or overwhelmed? Because he felt he'd made his point? Because he thought the police were about to burst in and he needed to kill himself before that happened? For all the same reasons that almost all mass shooters still have a lot of weaponry left when they die? Because the left wants to ban guns that are particularly suitable for mass shooting? Like, double d'uh Because if he waited until they were in the room they may have prevented him from killing himself. He obviously wanted to make sure that didn't happen. Because that's what he used.
