Hey, I like the way the yellow extends across an extra cell on the bottom skin only - never seen that before. Was it a custom job?

Something on TV reminded me of the famously awful couplet in that 'classic' early 90's track, Rhythm is a Dancer: I'm as serious as cancer When I say rhythm is a dancer. Two lines that manage to be tasteless, corny and nonsensical all at the same time. Even some of the most popular songs in history have included some toe-curlingly awful lines and rhymes. So as a counterpoint to all the best of/ favourite threads, who wants to nominate their worst ever song lyrics?

So you'd suggest that on, say, a 120-way that each jumper stop in the door and check the spot for him/herself. I don't think you'll be invited on many big ways. On a 120-way, all the jumpers are part of the same group (at least that's the plan! ). Everyone clears the aircraft within a few seconds, and in any case the super floaters and the late divers - even though they'll be to some degree spread along the jump run on exit - are going to be converging on the base. Thus the entire plane(s) load gets the same spot. However there is a case, and an opportunity, for smaller separate groups and solos to check where the aircraft is by the time they come to climb out.

Yeah - watch and learn, Blue Angels. I love the sentiment of this Landowners Day though - we're going to thank you for letting us fly aircraft over the area by flying more aircraft over the area.

For a while we were allowed to play D & D at school as an alternative to sports. Seriously. Given that I was never really at home on the athletics field, no contest!

Yeah, I loved that too. Doesn't he realise he could get his wafting kicks without falling foul of the authorities? White water wafting, for example. At least he didn't plummet, so full marks for originality. Most people plummet.

Dunno, but sounds intriguing. I'd expect them to be reused as a matter of course, but presumably they have a finite lifespan. Is this for someone to actually wear? If so, be careful - I don't know whether they're 'self locking', but presumably by definition once they're on they're almost impossible to get off again without help from the proper authorities!

Good for you for setting aside time to read. Like many people, these days I typically only read to pass the time on the train or when I'm trying to get to sleep at night. It's not that I don't enjoy books - just that I find it hard to get into the mindset of reading as an end in itself rather than as a distraction.

Nice. It's always good to see real freefall footage being used, although the CGI bottles aren't wholly convincing. I love the caption that flashes up - 'Professional stunt. Do not attempt' - the joys of a litigious society. Do you think they mean you shouldn't attempt jumping from planes, or jumping from planes with bottles in place of parachutes, or landing five people under one canopy?

Sounds like the resolution to an age old mystey. Do you have mine? I think there must be some kind of wormhole in your roof. All the lost pull up cords in the world are re-materialising at your place. Do you also suddenly seem to have a surplus of odd socks?

I'm a good boy and have never come close to a ban. But as I recall a late friend of mine was banned for driving his vehicle through a hedge at the dropzone to evade a repo man. He was allowed back after writing a letter of apology. Fun times.

This might help you in general, but I notice zoo dive isn't in there. I predict you'll find out soon enough. Also this. You'll have to filter out the Brit-specific stuff, but they do have a definition for ZOO - although somewhat appropriately it seems to have been cut short.
