If he was a good cop, he hold one, wait for back up!!!! If not possible observe and wait for back up before the situation goes out of control. What the heck he was going for the girl, and choke her? He had no good police manners at all! And what could possible go wrong if he tuned down allittle bit, and acted cool? They did not pepper spray him! They did not point at him with a gun! They did not jump on him! You jump to conclusion that these kids did some serius violent act!!

Have you never had any fun that was "illigal" I said before the kids is just kids, and it will never change unless nazi police start choking, and beat them up! Is that what you want your kids to live up with? I have myself been a security, and when I had some boarders I just walked over and smiled to them, they grabbed their boards smiling, walked away. I knew they would be back later, but hey? whats the problem as long they do not wreck anything, or hurt anybody! In a concrete world the kids have to play somewhere right?

They where just kids, thats all I can say, and the cop was an looser in panic, with no control at all! Which is why it was idiotic for the kids to taunt and resist they way they did. When ya get busted, f'in' shut up and don't resist. Cops HATE it when people put up a fight and any idiot ought to know this. A pro cop should know better what so ever happend before, he had control of the situation (choking one), for then start running around around after everybody else. He had one of the friends, and he would look alot better just holding on to one, and wait for back up. "I will spray you" WTF

2. hand information! Jumper did not pass the ledge, do a emergency pull, and ends up in a tree! So now we have 4 jumpers who wanted so bad to pass the ledge, and ends up in a tree! Same scenario, and nothing learned, even the jumpers was told by a local, the history of the ledge! Before you go to Romsdalen, learn how to track or fly your wingsuit. YOU DO NOT GET GROUNDRUSH IN BIG CLIFFS.

This time it was a French for those who is interested in what Nationality the jumper where from! The jumper is picked up and safe on the ground. I dont know what happend yet! This is the 3. Heli rescue so far in Norway this summer, and the season have just started. 1 American Eikesdalen 1 Russian Kjerag 1 French Eikesdalen New regulations in Romsdalen, all heli rescue have been banned in Troll Wall, so if you get stuck in there, you might stay there for a long time! Remember when you hike in good weather at big walls in norway, the weather can change quick, and from warm sunny hiking in shorts, t-shirts, sneaker, to icy cold. Be prepared for staying overnight. Im sure many of you have been sitting on top of Kjerag freezing their tits, and nuts off waiting for the fog to clear, not more than 30 min! Take care and have a plan!

Interesting since he helped Carl on his world record! Can you ask him what happend that day, and way the 24 second delay made by a sweede did not count? From what I remember Carls world record was 19?

no offense..but do you have a great life if you not doing what you love most of all?? just wondering.. *** It was no harm in my reply to you, so I take no offense in your question! No I do not! I had to stop jumping my self, and do not know when I can start again! I am doing a time out for unsurten time, and it is like hell! I had to ask myself if I wanted to improve my health, and keep my health! And I choosed to keep my good health, and we have to see how long it last! I live in Romsdalen, and I guess it is like a former drug addict living in amsterdam, and trying to keep clean!!

Dont worry about your nerves, and do not rush your progress to much! Dont be embaressed to walk down, and dont get angry at your self if you cant control your nerves! Go skydiving for the summer, and come back in the fall if you still want to base jump! Uncontrolled nerves can be fatal one day, when you need to be on the top of the action! I have world record in turning a jump down for any reason. Many times I reached the exit, and did not feel for jumping, and went back down, no problem. But I never had any near misses in my history, so I can not really compare. But I believe if you force yourself on bad feeling nerve jumps (I have good nerves, that pump you up, and get you on the top, and bad ones that empty your energy) you will only remember the bad thing about the jump! Take it easy you are supposed to live long, so take your time!!

Thanks for helping to make BASE a household word! *** For your information, it started long time before Tom even was thinking about BASE! Carl spread the word with mass media from the very beginning, and we had many generation jumpers out there after that! We tried long time to have low key on jumping in Norway, since the skydiving assosiation band it, but new generation jumpers pushed trough, and made it legal! It is not always a bad thing, and BASE is coming as a sport, like it or not!
