Methods police use to stop a man! If the police man had the possibility to fire his gun, would that be a correct way to stop a man? Using his car to stop him, is that a correct way to do it? You know as I know this is not just a one man show on one police station! This is a culture among many police officers that make them possible to do this over and over. If there was a healthy culture in the police stations, you would seen a lot less about this! This officers had complains from before, but he had go so far as this before they grabbed his batch!
