  3. Check these people out. They make good stuff, they give good service. They'll even make jumpsuits out of hemp with tie-dye / custom colour patterns. http://gocrazyman.com/ "Where troubles melt like lemon drops, away above the chimney tops, that's where you'll find me" Dorothy
  4. Nope, Canada does not already ban handguns. I've owned several over the years. All it takes is a is an acquisition certificate (the same one you need to buy a rifle) and a membership at a shooting range/gun club. 11. Here's a list of Canadian DZ's. As I said earlier, I'd be surprised if any of them don't use radios. The ones with the little airplane icons are actual schools. It's colder here now so you might not get a reply to email right away, some DZO's head south in the winter
  12. In Canada it would be difficult to find a dropzone that doesn't use them. "Where troubles melt like lemon drops, away above the chimney tops, that's where you'll find me" Dorothy
  13. See this post from the guy who hosts it.... it's not a Mac. http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?post=1962389#1962389 I was selling the original Apple II computer in 1978, one of the first Apple dealers in Canada. 14. Yep, the old lady probably needed a little lesson anyway. Exactly! I mean they won't let the poor guy work out is frustrations with his night stick on old ladies anymore, so what else can he do? He really had no choice, it was a desperate situation. Those old ladies carry VERY large handbags - who knows what she could have had for a weapon.... perhaps knitting needles! 15. How do you account for what appears to be a growing tide of Christian Fundamentalism in the USA? "Where troubles melt like lemon drops, away above the chimney tops, that's where you'll find me" Dorothy

  17. Might be educational to put my Sidewinder next to an Infinity and compare
  18. Hmmmm..... I jump a Sidewinder.... not too much different from an Infinity which has quite a following here. What's your beef with Sidewinders? "Where troubles melt like lemon drops, away above the chimney tops, that's where you'll find me" Dorothy
  19. VERY FEW first time skydivers discharge anything. Someone is pulling your leg.
  20. Don't think I ever saw a round at that angle - that close to the ground. Photo shopped! "Where troubles melt like lemon drops, away above the chimney tops, that's where you'll find me" Dorothy
  21. Maybe this will be a solution, if some one builds the camera. High storage - high through put.... Holographic disks coming soon. http://www.theregister.co.uk/2005/11/24/maxell_holo_storage/ "Where troubles melt like lemon drops, away above the chimney tops, that's where you'll find me" Dorothy
  22. Check with CSPA. They usually have spares, not sure how many they would be willing to part with or if they would charge for them in this situation. If you email them I'm sure Judy in the office will get back to you as quick as she can on it, she's really good.
