I need to see something that proves that this oxygen effect is significant, or even real to begin with. It seems pretty improbably that, if this phenomenon exists, that it would contribute greatly to one's weight. People are all dealt different hands. If you're slower at burning calories... you just gotta work more if you want to be "in shape". Regardless of the reasons for someone's obesity, they should get it in check because it is always unhealthy. I had the same experience... just a couple of posts down from yours. http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?post=1948474#1948474 I turned off all spam controls at my machine and at my ISP and nothing worked. The only way I could get a post card was to send to my @dropzone.com email address and then forward it to my home email or another recipient. I know this is not a solution but it is a work around. Note if you are not a regular use of your @dropzone.com email address be aware that you need to check it by clicking on "Email" link on the right side of the menu bar above. Is this what you're refering to: 5 sailors are shipwrecked on a deserted island. All they have to eat are coconuts, and they decide to divide them evenly tomorrow. They pile up all the coconuts in one big pile to sit overnight. That night, the first sailor wakes up and decides to take his share. He divides the coconuts into 5 equal piles, and has one left over which he throws to the monkey. He hides his pile, and puts back together the remaining 4 piles. Later that night, the second sailor wakes, makes 5 piles, again has one left over for the monkey and again hides his 'share'. In the course of the night each of the 5 sailors does this. So each has hidden some coconuts and the monkey has hidden five. The next morning, they divide the non-hidden coconuts into 5 piles but this time there are no extras for the monkey. As some one who took a 16 year break from the sport let me assure you that your A CoP does not expire. You will of course have to renew your CSPA membership and you need to be safe so once you have your CSPA renewed arrange to meet with your local DZO and plan your return to the sport around getting currrent.
