    I rotated the images so they are easier to read. Most riggers I know look at manuals/documents on their computers and don't bother to print. This way they won't have to turn their monitors up-side-down! See attached

    I suggest that you review this document (22 pages of PDF). http://www.bigairsportz.com/pdf/bas-sizingchart.pdf To start ignore the chart at the beginning and get to the section titled Essential Maneuvers If you can do all of this then you are starting to get performance out of your current canopy.

I know it sounds arbitrary but this was put in place to reduce the possibility of bad people suing the Classifieds as a way to rip off jumpers and unfortunately it catches everyone, not just the bad guys. Give it one more day and you should be OK

    I am 54 and was out for 16 years, came back to skydiving in 2003. Don't let anyone stop you from coming back. I know it was the best thing I ever did. Yes parachutes are different now and other things too, but what makes skydiving great is the people and though the faces have changed the people are the same. Get your butt out to a dropzone, tell them your story and let them help you figure out what you need to do to come back. There is always rental gear available and the only advice I will give you as you come back is that bigger is better. You've got all the time in the world to downsize when the time is right. In the picture you will see on the left hand side the words Contact Seller If you go to an ad and click on those words, a form will open where you can fill in information to be sent to the seller. Go to the ad that you want to respond to and give it a try. If it does not work, let us know what happens.     Seems odd that this whole attempt was grounded by a reserve firing. Would a repack on his gear be that much more than a normal rig?
