I love it when moral crusaders are exposed for their true colors.

------------------------------------------------ I guess you're right. Now let me give Jeanne some fun here. In the city of Dallas there is an unusually high gay population. (Now you can call me a homophobe). They also have gyms called "Curves" for women only. (So you can call me a woman hater too). South Dallas has a high black population. (Go ahead and turn that around to call me a anti-black). There are a lot of Jewish people in Dermatology. ( I guess my saying that must mean that I am anti-semetic. Right?) I know when its put that way most people realize just how stupid the liberal propaganda is. But they fear challengeing it because they think the liberals will then set the wolves on them instead. If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. Can't think of anything I need No cigarettes, no sleep, no light, no sound. Nothing to eat, no books to read. -

Dayum.. are we back to the racist crap again???? Jeanne --------------------------------- I would like to see how you could spin what I said to suggest that it is racist. Then again if I turn the news on I can just listen and watch how creative the lefty reporters get to spin what Rush said and then I can rest assure you will come up with a way. If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. Can't think of anything I need No cigarettes, no sleep, no light, no sound. Nothing to eat, no books to read. -

You did start your post by mentioning it on the day the scandal broke so I don't think it was by accident but anyway, I that case, there you go.... Thursday, Oct. 2, 2003 Rush: No Knowledge of Drug Probe Conservative talk radio star Rush Limbaugh disappointed leftists who had hoped a scheme to blackmail him over an alleged painkiller addiction would leave him too rattled to deliver the keynote address this morning before the National Association of Broadcasters. Sounding confident and strong, Limbaugh launched into a lengthy peroration about the significance of talk radio in America today - peppered with anecdotes about his own 15 years as America's top radio talker. Minutes before addressing the crowd, Limbaugh's office issued a statement saying he had no knowledge of a supposed police investigation into claims by a former housekeeper who said she kept detailed records of the prescription painkillers she allegedy obtained for him since 1998. The top talker said, however, that he was willing to cooperate fully with any probe, if in fact one is under way. Curiously, housekeeper Wilma Cline apparently decided long ago to act against Limbaugh by keeping meticulous records, or alleged records, of the pills she says she first borrowed from her husband. Cline claims the talk host paid her $120,000 to stay silent, but then she took her story to police and the National Enquirer, which frequently pays its sources. Though Cline's obvious financial motive clouds her credibility, by 9 a.m. today the Associated Press had run 49 stories detailing her allegations. The Enquirer's credibility has a mixed record. In recent years the supermarket tabloid won kudos for its coverage of the O.J. Simpson scandal and for breaking the news of Jesse Jackson's love child. But it has also run repeated cover stories about Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton -- almost all of which have never been covered by the major media. For anybody who wants to go to the source. http://www.newsmax.com/archives/ic/2003/10/2/103517.shtml If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. ---------------------------------- I was waiting for a left-winger to bring this up but I didn't think it would be you. You are such a bleeding heart liberal in denial. All he said was that he thought Nabb was not as good as the media was making him out to be. That they just wanted a black quarterback to rally behind and that the recent of the success of the team was coming from their defense, which can be attributed to many black players anyway. All he did was say things the way things were. Liberals like yourself want to nit pick at words and blacklist people. And you have the nerve to ever even barely mention McCarthy's name. I think 100 years from now when enough people get fed up with the liberal antics to blacklist anybody who does not say African-American or the politically correct term of the day, then people will read the history books and the I knew it all along sydrome will be high in effect. Yes then people will think "If I lived back then I wouldn't be ready to crucify somebody that did nothing wrong except not play my politically correct game". But the sad reality is people are too much like sheep and its only the few who have the courage to stand up and make statements that might appear unpopular that will eventually make a change for the better. Oh and anybody who wants to read more about this can go to a real source like this one. http://www.newsmax.com/archives/ic/2003/10/1/232257.shtml If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. ------------------------------ Its all a matter of preparation. My personal record is 10 in a 24 hour period but that (sex ofcourse) was with no preparation whats so ever. I am sure if I could take a month off, I could come back and beat that 36 in 24 with no problem. But taking a month off just sounds so insane. I remember my first trip to Italy was not sucessful {AT ALL} and I swore I would not kill any kittens during that vacation. Three and a half weeks later I was ready kill anybody who stood infront me of me. I decided after that never to attempt this again. If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. QuoteI'm a 19 year old male college student, and I'm not one to brag about myself to people, so not many people know I've started skydiving. But I can't help but wonder, do chicks dig skydivers? Or are they afraid of them? I need words of wisdom from you 25-35 year old 'fellas with a bit more experience than I. Let's hear it. ------------------------------------------------ Being a skydiver I have found gives you cool points but that is no where nearly enough to keep the ship from sinking. Unless the girl is a skydiver being a pilot is better because you can take her flying. Other cool points can include being multilingual, college graduate, competitive skier, waterskier, sportbike rider, etc. But tennis is better because you are more likely to be useful to her in that respect, since she is more likely to want to play. Unfortunately if you do have all these qualities she is most likely not going to believe it unless she sees outright proof. Skydiving is the first thing they will think you made up. That is with good reason. I have met many people who after doing a tandem have found it in themselves to embelish about their skydiving exploits to include their "low pull contests and 5 minutes freefalls". In the end I think the real advantage should be the same thing that drew you to her in the first place, Does she look hot? How do you look? That is the only thing that will remain without doubt in her mind. If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. Can't think of anything I need No cigarettes, no sleep, no light, no sound. wow I thought the only Cuban in Maryland was my was a cousin of mine. I guess I managed to pick the place where there aren't any (Dallas/Fort Worth). But if I recall when I lived in Upstate NY I would have to drive 60 miles south to Jersey to stock up as well. If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. My favorite food over all is a Cuban style steak. Its typically sirloin cut about 1/4 " thick, seasoned with salt, garlic powder or fresh garlic, typically with sauteed onions on the side, and plain long grain white rice. Black Goya beans go great there as well but unless you live in Union City, NJ or Miami they are hard to come bye. I have a closet full of them. I always stock up when I go to Miami. You know I had a can of Tuna and a banana for lunch. Now after opening this thread I feel urge to break my diet and eat steak. If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. I was watching this interview last night and was amazed. I have been hearing this guy talk and run for president about about as long as I can remember. (He has been in the house only a few years less than I have been alive). But previously when I heard him speak, I was left with the impression that this guy wants nothing other than to bring America down. I guess Bill O'reilly can bring out the best in some people because after yesterday I thought that maybe he is not an evil bastard. Instead it looked like he is simply not able to see the light. Then again maybe it was just a good act. If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. Can't think of anything I need No cigarettes, no sleep, no light, no sound. Nothing to eat, no books to read.

hey I didn't say anything about a joke. Considering that most of time what Jfields said is true (that most of them don't want to play with men), I wonder why I find it so fasinating. In anycase I always have. But since I have a girlfreind on these forums, you can be sure I would not cross the line and say anything sexually intrusive to an outspoken female of the type which I was describing. I just enjoy reading what they have to say or watching what they often in public do. If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. Can't think of anything I need No cigarettes, no sleep, no light, no sound. Nothing to eat, no books to read.

I have noticed that there are like 4 or 5 outspoken gay guys here and that's fine. But I never hear from any women who walk on the wild side. Either bi-sexual, bicurious or outright exclusively to only other women. I think these individuals have the right to be outspoken. In any case, I thought I would post a picture that I recieved via email and just felt compelled to copy. Anybody who finds the same serenity in this work of art as I do can respond. If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. Can't think of anything I need No cigarettes, no sleep, no light, no sound. Nothing to eat, no books to read.

I see winning the lottery as a gift from god. Being a mathematician I have always throught its a stupid way to waste a dollar. But now I feel that god owes me something. I feel he has screwed me over enough by destroying me career. I blame Democrat politicians (for tax & spend harm to the over all economy), I blame telecom CEO's for stupid ideas which they knew would fail but made them a fortune in the short run, and I blame god for letting it all happen. Still in order to give God a chance to redeem himself, so I can get back to being a good Catholic, I have started playing the lottery. If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. The killer awoke before dawn, he put his boots on He took a face from the ancient gallery And he walked on down the hall He went into the room where his sister lived, and...then he Paid a visit to his brother, and then he He walked on down the hall, and And he came to a door...and he looked inside Father, yes son, I want to kill you Mother...I want to...fuck you Now how can you diss that. Sure it sounds stupid but there is something that is so cool about it, specially when your drunk like he was. If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. You only use Fox as a source and you do very little research. Completely untrue and unsubstantiated. ------------------------------------------ We also have Newsmax.com, the New Republic, the Limbaugh letter, Rush on the radio, Sean Hannity on the radio, Bruce Erberle, Ann Coutler, etc. See although its a minority there are a good amount of Reporters that have something meaningful to say. Quote>Actually it does. Forgive me if I don't remember the exact terms > from the DSM III R (I know they are up to DSM IV, but I don't care), > but the bottomline is that these are all unconventional sexual > practices. The DSM doesn't list "unconventional sexual practices." It lists mental disorders - and homosexuality is not listed as a mental disorder, unless you want to lump them under "302.9-Sexual Disorder Not Otherwise Specified." Quote You're right. Its not listed as a mental disorder, NOW. But it was not to long ago. I don't remember when it changed. It was either in 3 or 3R. I remember hearing that about a billion times when I was getting my associates in Psych. The question is why did it change. I would say that its because enough people were doing it in an outspoken fashion and complaining that they did not like being told they had a problem. You can say many psychological tests were made to prove that this was harmless to society and something certain people were born with. But inorder for those tests to have been made in the first place somebody had to care. That comes back to strength in numbers. In anycase it is uncoventional because its not the norm. Let me go completely off the topic for another example that proves that numbers are what get things done (unfortunately). Think about health insurance and skydiving. Its real easy for an insurance company to say they don't want to cover you because you skydive. They have no problem explaining that you take more risks than the average person. Now imagine the same health insurance company telling somebody that they would not cover him/her for riding a motorcycle. My experience tells me that people are far more likely to get hurt on a motorcycle but since more people are doing it and AMA is far more powerful than USPA, they could never get away with that. Yes in the end the sad fact is that the world works on bull $h!t and when somebody gives a reason for an action that easily contradicted, they probably know they are full of it anyway. If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. Can't think of anything I need No cigarettes, no sleep, no light, no sound. Nothing to eat, no books to read.

Good for you. I'm opposed to Aliens abductions myslef. Especially the probing kind. But like your 2 exemples above, its got nothing to do with gay marriages./reply] ------------------------------------------------ Actually it does. Forgive me if I don't remember the exact terms from the DSM III R (I know they are up to DSM IV, but I don't care), but the bottomline is that these are all unconventional sexual practices. Actually the list goes even further. I will take a crack at a few. Incest, homosexuality, Beastialogy, polygomy, misegination, transexuality, etc. What is interesting is that all of these are deviances from normal sexual behavior. What is even more interesting is the hyprocsy involved when it comes to tolerance. I think tolerance simply depends on how many people are doing any one of these. That is how many people will you offend by making a joke or statement against it? Could you loose potential job offer because you pissed the wrong person off? If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. Can't think of anything I need No cigarettes, no sleep, no light, no sound. Nothing to eat, no books to read.

Most of the time DA isn't this high in CO. Field elevation at Mile-Hi is 5050, which is about 49 degrees standard temp. Every 15 degrees over 49 adds 1000 feet DA, so on a "normal" summer day of 70, DA is only about 7,000 feet. if it gets up to 90, you're talking 9,000, but that's not typical. Of course, humidity notwithstanding, but humidity in Colorado isn't big anyway - it's technically a desert climate - very dry. Of course, I'm not saying landing at 7,000 DA is a great thing, but it makes going to boogies at sea level that much nicer thanks. That all makes sense except one thing standard temperature is 59 F not 49. But in anycase the proves your point stronger. If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. Can't think of anything I need No cigarettes, no sleep, no light, no sound. Nothing to eat, no books to read.

I have never been to the great state of Colorado but I have given it a tremendous amount of thought. Its the number one ski state and skiing used to be the most important thing in my life. If I had more freedom of mobility that is if I didn't have my big dogs to take care of, I probably would get out there to ski Vail, Beaver Creak, and Steamboat Springs. Maybe even drive out to Utah and hit Park City and Snowbird. I also like their open carry policy. As for skydving in Colorado, I have no real desire to do that. Jumping with 11K feet density altitude seems like a lot of running. Sure you can upsize but I don't think the final results will be the same. As it is I find that I enjoy jumping more when the density altitude is at or below 4K rather than 5K in Dallas. (the lower the better) Its not just a question of faster or slower. Its everything, even the plane will climb faster when you are closer to standard temperature (15C) and at sea level. If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. Can't think of anything I need No cigarettes, no sleep, no light, no sound. Nothing to eat, no books to read.

I was thinking something along those lines but not exactly. Why would somebody want societal pressures of getting married? The idea of marriage is failure for the most part these days. With a 58% divorce rate I think its meaningless. Marriage was originally invented by religious groups and then adopted by government. None of the religous groups I know of allow homosexual acts. So how could somebody expect them to want to marry homosexuals. In the end I am for an all around massive cutback on marriage. By that I mean get the governent to back off. Too many people get married without thinking it through. They think if it doesn't work I can always get a divorce. They can't possibly imagine the nightmare that this will entail if they need to go through it. Common law marriage is the biggest bogus that a politician could have ever come up with. It also proves that they (the government) are trying to advocate marriae which is obviously a failing institution. Can somebody tell me why they would want this imposed on them? If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. Can't think of anything I need No cigarettes, no sleep, no light, no sound. Nothing to eat, no books to read.

I think that logbook is in a box in California... Off the top of my head, late 1991 or early 1992. that is definately helpful for future reference. But now come to think of it the A-license would have been a bettter poll since many people refuse to go further. I know in Oct./94 they were up to A-20111 cause that was my number. That seems like it was pretty far off from 91 being about 14,000 with the D's but I guess that only proves that people were less likely to get their D-licenses. If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. Can't think of anything I need No cigarettes, no sleep, no light, no sound. Nothing to eat, no books to read.

Sorry to shoot your theory all to hell but - D14633. 38 years old. Started jumping at age 24. -------------------------------------- Ok, I stand corrected. But to help for future data when exactly did you get your D-license. Not when you started jumping but at what month/year were they up to 14,633. If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. Can't think of anything I need No cigarettes, no sleep, no light, no sound. Nothing to eat, no books to read.

the intereting thing about that is that you know for sure somebody within the range of 10,000-18,000 has to be over 40. But somebody with a number over 25,000 may still be. But anyway he or she is still a kid in skydiving. If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. Can't think of anything I need No cigarettes, no sleep, no light, no sound.
