Building muscle while keeping fat levels low. The whole wheat bread is high in fiber and relatively high in protein. The protein is the best source for building muscle and the fiber is best in helping remove colesteral. The canned tuna or chicken breast is extemely high in protein almost a pure source of protein and I already explained the reason for that. The lack of fat is what keeps the calories low which in turn keeps from store any form of energy as fat. I may take it a little too far here and there but its fun when your hands dry up. I wouldn't be too sure about this. Back in March, I looked into cashing out some equity and found that in past three years, houses in my zip code have lost not gained in value. So since I purchase my house in March/01 cashing out non-existing equity was a problem. I am not familiar with the loan you mentioned but from the responses it sounds like its a loan for which you only pay interest for some time and no principle and that is practically what one does for the first couple of years in a 30 year mortgage. Update Transmission fluid "Mission Accomplished" Well its done but I have to ask the question was it worth it? Or might it have been preferrable to pay the $35 to have it done? So let me see if I can summarize the events here. 5pm yesterday I get out of work and think I want to go skydive but then on my way home I hear a funny sound and think that sounds like the transmission to me. {It was probably psychological I know but never the less}. So I think this may call for handyman to get busy. So at about 6 pm I finally decide to go to O'reilly autoparts and get the needed equipment for the project. I get a set or ramps (Oh how cool, I love those things, no more jacking up the car). I get on the advice of the guys at the store 6 quarts of Dextron III ATF, and I get a special funnel THEY say will do the job. (this is the key to my nightmare). Then I went out for dinner no big deal stopped off by the video store and get home by 9:30 pm. I think this should be quick and easy. I drive up on my ramps and take off the drain plug. Wow that drains a lot faster than oil. This is going to be quicker than I thought. 9:45 I put the drain plug back on and take out the plug to fill it. Now I realize that the freakin idiot kid who sold me this funnel apparently had never done this before because there is no way this funnel is/was going to work. So I search the house for a sports bottle and apparently I don't have one. So I am off to wall mart to find some way to get this fluid in there. Now I realise I will be up late working on the car and I am pissed. Anyway I go to walmart and find a piece of crap pump for 3 bucks and I take it because its the only pump of this kind they have. But I also take some quart of god knows what because it had a long nozzle that looks like I can used it like a sports bottle. Well I get him after 10 pm to start. The piece of crap pump ofcourse doesn't really work. After filling the special squirt bottle with the Dextron that is not very efficient as its leaking Dextron all over the place. Finally combining the pump with the squirt bottle and holding the two very tightly togther while Dextron is slowly getting all over my hands and having my girlfreind operate the pump {yes I couldn't even do this by myself because it called for 3 hands}, I finally was able to finish. But it was not a 1,2,3 it took till midnight and in the end I had Dextron in my hair, all over my face, hands, arms, mouth and all over the floor of my garage but atleast the job was finally finished. That is a lie. I am not implying that your a lyer just misinformed. First of all Rush is by far the most sucessful radio talk show host ever. He pretty much made talk radio what it is today. Howard Stern hates him and even went so far as to call him pumpkin head out of jealousy because Howard Stern comes or came in second place for the longest time behind Rush. Tried as much as he could but didn't stand a chance. As for Rush's TV show which by the way I have been on and if I had a scanner I would scan a 5X7 that I have of me and Rush, you should have been there when it was going on. I have never been in a room with that many people and have everybody been as pleased when one person makes his entrance. Liberals like yourself hate Rush because he is so very sucessful in pointing out the liberal lies. At the hieght of Rush's popularity the Republicans took control of both houses for the first time in 40 years. Some people attribute that to the horrific plans that Clinton was pushing foward as a way to control him. Others attribute it to Rush getting out the word of the real Demcorat plans by reading between the lies and pointing them out for people who didn't have time to do so. I say it was a combination of both. In any case the Democrats have used their usual tactics on Rush, the same tactics they used on McCarthy when he was exposing them for who they were, the same tactics they used on Newt Gingrich when he was getting the word out, the same tactics they used on Kenn Star, Clarence Thomas, basically anybody who puts them in their place, the smear campaigns. It saddens me when I hear conservatives give into this. Its like they think that if they make the liberals happy by bashing a fellow conservative that the liberals will leave them alone. But the reality is that they will only leave the conservative alone until he is successful in making many understand just how wrong left wing thinking really is, and how dishonest left wing politicians have to be to keep there ideology in the forefront. So far today I have had 2 pairs of meetings conflict with each other and it not 11 am yet. I don't know how to feel about this, I find it more humourous than anything. I am never one to say hey I don't have time for this meeting because I want to be "productive". After all my true goal/dream in life is to be a VP that does nothing but attend meetings all day. I did not mean to limit my post to simply the physical aspects. That is just the specific instance that made me think about it here. Other people brought up their disaggreement with lowering standards in academics or even little league baseball. How do you feel about that? Or more to my specific question. Dude its even worse than that. When they say 2% what they mean is that if you drink 1, 8 oz. serving of it, you will have have 2% of your recommended daily fat values. Its not anywhere near 98% fat free. Its actually around loaded with about 20% fat. Its nasty. Drinking whole milk is even worse. I believe the last time I looked it was about 150 calories per 8 oz. serving with 70 of those calories coming from fat. Its funny how titles can make people feel good but reading and understanding the nutrition facts will be a totally different story. If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. Ok so I have them check my bodyfat level at the gym and come out displeased. It turns out that Now I have been downgraded from lower than 95% to 85%, which doesn't make since to me because I look and feel better than I did the last time I had it checked. But since I am over 30 now I get hit with a different standard. Rather than getting into the technicalities of the test, I will just say I doubt the results. Anyway so I ask the person administering the test where my problem areas are and I hear, "Are you kidding, there are no problem areas". So I reply JOKINGLY, "my self-esteem is too low for that, I can't except that more than 1 out of every ten people has lower body fat than me." Response I get now is a serious, "oh yes its funny how the people you least expect have self-esteem problems." So I go to webster.com and look up self-esteem. It says confidence and satisfaction with oneself. Confidence is meaningless, I know who I am and where I stand. But satisfaction is the key. I am not satisfied I want to be better. Come to think of it none of the Mr. Olympia winnners were satisfied with themselves, that is why the kept working to get better and better. But if we go by the definition they had a low self esteem. Now the question is who has a high self esteem? The fat guy who keeps letting out his pants year after year and his belly comes out further and further drooping over his belt. I am not one to argue with definitions. I am who I am. If according to the definition, I have a low self esteem because I care about my appearance and people who don't care about their appearance have a high self-esteem. Then that is fine with me. I hear lots of people on here, mainly the conservatives, complaining about the welfare system and immigrant benefits. Do you know any conservatives complaining about our welfare system suggesting that we raise taxes to redistribute income by the government? That is what Socialism is all about. It works well for the mindless fool to say, oh in Europe they have free health care and free education. But somebody with a minimally higher level of intelligence realizes that nothing is free and that all the money government has is money that they got from the people through taxation. They also know that if 90% of that money is coming from less than 10% or the richest people that when a liberal politician says something about taxing the poor to give to the rich that they are absolutely full of it.
