  1. And to be fair some of the other vigorously anti-gay members of dropzone.com often say things that are completely stupid and mean them. The other? Is that your attempt at suggesting that I am anti-gay? Lets be clear about this. Just because I don't support you in redefining marriage does not mean that I am anti-gay. I will have you know that at my wedding 9 years ago there was a gay couple that attended. Everybody in my family knew they were gay long before they were invited, none of us cared. However, they did not dance together, hold hands, make out or do anything that would make the rest of us naucious. I know you wish your lifestyle was mainstream but its just not. Also I do resent when people don't think for themselves. For instance, most of the gay population (yourself included) tends to be on the left of every single issue. I refuse to believe that all of you are tree hugging, anti-gun, vegitarians, in favor of partial birth abortions who want to live in a socialist regime. I think that you drink that liberal koolaid for one reason alone, because you think that the lefties are going to defend your lifestyle. , If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. 2. Typos are one thing but consistently misspelling the main subject of your argument NINE times is serious carelessness. And claiming everyone is born female then boys grow penises later seriously calls into question not only your advanced biology training but also your basic hold on reality. Obviously, I didn't mean to say that everytime a baby was delivered that, that the doctor said, "Its a girl". If you had more knowledge on the subject matter you would have understood what I meant. But since you didn't and it left you confused, you could have just asked for clarification rather than made a smart ass comment. , If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. 3. You had me fooled for a minute. I thought you might actually have something educational to say about endocrinology but this is just hilarious. Is this really the sense of reality that we're battling against? BTW. ignorance on the subject matter just means you need to read up and learn if you are interested. It doesn't mean you need to make snide remarks about spelling or how specific point is phrased. , If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. 4. You had me fooled for a minute. I thought you might actually have something educational to say about endocrinology but this is just hilarious. Is this really the sense of reality that we're battling against? Ok if you can't pick up on the obvious you can read here about androgen insensitivity http://www.geneclinics.org/profiles/androgen/details.html Basically, what it means is that if the fetus is insensitive to testosterone, the child will not grow male genitalia, and will appear female because that is how all people start out before testoserone changes them. High amounts of estrogen to a developing fetus / child will develop breasts, fully develop a uterus and so on..., starting in conception and ending in puberty. , If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. 5. You said, "If a boy likes full-contact sports, likes to strut about and brag,", which I took to mean that if one has more testosterone, he must like full contact sports and to brag. , If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. 6. Actually it will definately have an effect on development, but mostly physical effects. All people are born female the presence of higher amounts of testoserone makes the clitorus develop into a penis and is eventually followed by all the other sexual differences. Higher amounts of estrogen develop more female characteristics all the way through puberty. Still sexual orientation is most likely more of a mental thing than a physical thing. Transgenderism on the other hand is definately a difference in the brain. That is in the transexual sense. In the crossdresser / autogynopheliac / fetish sort of way, the brains show no significant developmental differences from the "normal" individuals. , If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. 7. I would have just thought this was a typo except you typed it this way nine times so I figure it's got to be on purpose. If you're as well educated about these things as you snottily imply with your first sentence, I'm very excited to learn something from you. On the other hand, if you were just being snotty, it's back to normal around here. So please explain the difference between testoserone and testosterone. no difference just a mispelling. My spelling sucks but content matters more to me. anyway for you. More testosterone will mean more sex drive not a different orientation. , If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. 8. You really should learn more about the effects or testoserone before throwing that around. True testoserone does contribute to muscular develpment but that is it. A high amount of testoserone produces a high sex drive for males as well as females, and I don't mean females in a lesbian sort of way. Just because somebody likes full contact sports does not mean they have high or low testoserone levels. I don't very much care for football, basketball or soccer. One of my favorite sports is probably tennis. However, my muscular development and facial hair are a clear indication of a high amount of testoserone. Anyway if you artifically decrease the testoserone levels in a male you are also decreasing the estrogen levels as well. Estrogen in males is created from the aromatase enzyme bonding the testoserone. Still if you want to look for the sex drive you need to look for DHT another form of testoserone created by another enzyme bonding with testoserone. DHT is what fully develops the male sex organ, keeps the sex drive up and is responsible for male pattern baldness. This is why its rare to have a bald impotent guy whose problem is physiological and not psychological. , If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. 9. That article is totally NOT about sexual orientation. It says nothing about what sex Adam shows or will show attraction towards in the future. The word homosexual is ignorantly thrown in there, I will give you that much. Here is some information for you. They have tested brains that belonged to homosexual and compared them to brains that belonged to straight men, and women and transgendered individuals. The straight man and gay men's brain looked similar while the female and male to female transgender's brain were similar. Actually this article is just ignorantly looking at some annecdotal evidence and misinterpreting it. Even if this had been about boy showing gay tendencies, for all you know the mother could be treating them differently anyway. Adam may have gone beat up while younger and the mother could have developed a tendency of over protection. , If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. 10. OK, that's just funny. I know it's a typo, but it's still funny . well, if it were football season, we'd know that UCLA couldn't possibly defend NAMBLA, but since it's March, the opposite seems to be true. Damn you bruins. And get your own damn fight song. U - C - L - A - EAT - MY - SHORTS Ok all you comedians, obviously I meant ACLU, as in American Civil Liberties Union
  11. You can start by directing you energy towards those who we know are guilty of helping Pedophiles, such as the ACLU for defending NAMBLA. , If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. Can't think of anything I need No cigarettes, no sleep, no light, no sound. Nothing to eat, no books to read.
  12. I say that unless the female rapist gave the boy an STD, she should definately NOT be killed. That would be insane. Punished maybe. If you kill a man convicted of child molestation, you run the risk if killing an innocent man. Many have been convicted and then cleared through DNA evidence, years later. This execution would be used mainly for political gain, as the ignorant masses would cheer on, not really knowing for sure if the person being executed was guilty. If however, it was proven beyond a reasonable doubt and the defendant did not at all deny having committed the crime, then hell yes fry him or at the very least perform chemical castration. , If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. 13. Republicans tend to have more money than Democrats, and -- as we've already discovered -- people who have more money tend to be happier. --------------------------------------------------- I don't doubt that Republicans are happier or that they/we tend to make more money. However, I dispute that more money equals happiness. Many tests have proven that there is no correlation between happiness and money. As a matter of fact when trying to find a correlation with money the only thing they found was that married people tended to be happier than single people. , If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. 14. Religion is something that was created to control the masses through the fear of god and therefore, I do see it as an improvement for the world if all religion went away. ----------------------------------------------------------- Come on man, fence-riding here? Christianity more good or more bad (harmful)? ---------------------------------------------- I will answer this question because it does sound legitimate. The rest of your, Billvon, and Wendy's posts in response are the same spin that we have been through over and over again. I point out the inconsistencies in the arguements and then you all reject the facts. I am not bored enough at work to play today. I can see why you would think I was riding the fence. I will try to be more specific. First of all Christianity is an extension to Judiasm. That is it was started by Jews who were impressed enough with Jesus. I do think it was started based on good intentions. But I see so many inconsistencies in the bible that I find it silly to accept it as fact in its entirety. I wish all people were free-thinkers that did not need something like religion, but that may just not be the case. I am not sure about this. I would say that Kallend, BillVon and Wendy are all members of a religion, I call "Liberalism". See to me religion means a group of people that follow blindly without really thinking for themselves at all. Reading one of their posts are like reading the Democratic talking points of the day. As opposed to most of the people representing the conservative views here. For example several of us have stated we are agnostic. I am for animal rights, against abortion, support Bush on the port deals with UAE. I disagree with O'reilly on the male version of Roe-Vs-Wade and on whether or not Lesbianism is a problem that needs to be addressed in the high schools. The point is I don't take a position on an issue just because it is the position of the group I agree with most of the time. I keep an open mind unlike the lefties here. Back to the main point. Take all the charities that Christianity has been and is currently involved in, take all the people that live honest lives because of the fear of a Christian god and compare that with a bad decision that they may have made (the Inquisition) centuries ago. When looking at it that way, I do believe that they have done more good than bad. Notice, I did not say the Crusades. That was an excellent necessary task. If you take the foggles off when reading the history, you will see that the Crusades were a response to unprovoked Muslim aggression. Centuries before the Crusades, Muslims starting in Arabia had conquered Countries as far west as Spain and as far East as India. They definately needed to be stopped. , If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. Can't think of anything I need No cigarettes, no sleep, no light, no sound. Nothing to eat, no books to read.
  15. Me all the time. How could it not be? With my size 12 shoes, and my double extra large hands (being only 5'9.25"), 48 inch chest, 18.5" inch arms, 33 inch waist and German crew cut. 16. I was at a body building competition and saw Chris Cormier http://www.chriscormier.com/ in what I swear looked like a very large women's jean jacket. A little later I saw this tall white guy coming toward him and Chris said to him in a stern voice, "I am talking, just sit down there (a few meters away) and wait for me." The white guy obeyed him and looked like his bitch in doing so, but it all just didn't make sense. , If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. Been to Cuba?

  18. >Yes and those people who are using the violent means are >following their guide book on how and why do so, the Kuran. That's Koran. And yes, they misuse the Koran just as people misused the Bible during the Crusades, and just as they misuse the Bible today to justify killing doctors and gays. ------------------------------------------- And the accuracy or lack there of in that statement brings us back to the same arguement that does not need to be repeated as its fruitless. I would say that you will continue to believe as you do, but frankly I think you are too smart to honestly believe the arguements you put foward, so that is all the more reason to not further this disscussion. , , If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. 19. I has to do with how lefties will swear on their mother's grave that people around the globe are all the same. 21. [reply> Christianity or Judiasm. No, the "heart attack condition" is terrorism. I work with several muslims; none of them have ever tried to mug me or steal from me. 99% of the muslims in the world are as peaceful as the 99% of christians that she's talking about in that piece you just watched - and she makes that point. ----------------------------------------- I work and went to college with many Muslims as well. Just because none of them ever tried to mug me does not by any means, mean that Muslims and Christians are the same. She does make the point on how they are different. You chose to ignore that part. Frankly not a big surprise there. ========================= It is not a clash of religions. It is a clash between two opposites; people who are willing to work through their problems peacefully and people who use violence. Those people are the problem. Yes and those people who are using the violent means are following their guide book on how and why do so, the Kuran. , If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass. 22. Yeah but Christianity has always had a lot of good to it as well. Although now that you mention it. I do believe there was something divine about Jesus. But I definately don't believe in everything that is written in the bible, or any specific religion. Religion is something that was created to control the masses through the fear of god and therefore, I do see it as an improvement for the world if all religion went away. None the less we need to worry about the heart attack condition before the itch. The heart attack being Islam, and the itch being Christianity or Judiasm. , If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass.
