muesli! It's the Swiss mixture of granola and dried fruit - lots of different colours and textures.... (pronounced MYU-slee) I haven't seen such convoluted lines of conversation and such expert chronicling thereof since my days of all day bong marathons in college. ~ Lindercles

It's too bad you missed Queen's Day. That is an amazing experience! About 1 million people - 99% dressed in orange, celebrating like most college kids do in the US on any average Saturday night. Right. Good suggestion... My current playlist has: Feel Good Inc by Gorillaz Permanent by Acceptance Cuz I Can by Pink Sorry by Madonna ('cause the guy I was dating pulled a runner after my injury) and of course Eye of the Tiger ('cause Rocky is always an inspiration) any and all suggestions are very welcome! I totally fucked my knee heli-jumping last weekend and will be going through rehab, surgery, etc for the next 3-5 months. Before this happened I was training for the Masters Swimming World Championships and had just launched an adventure sports company. Clearly, I'm pretty athletic and active. I can do lots of stuff at home to stay in shape and am looking to put together a kick-ass playlist to listen to while I recover. Any ideas?? cheers, Sioux I haven't seen such convoluted lines of conversation and such expert chronicling thereof since my days of all day bong marathons in college. ~ Lindercles

What about the risk of ACCEPTING a date? From a chick's perspective... if the guy seems much more into you (me) than I am into him, and he is already wondering about ribbed versus not ribbed... My risk is the degree of discomfort while I try to figure out if he is - in reality - an acceptable person to hang out with or not. But... given your parameters, he's probably just looking to get laid anyway I haven't seen such convoluted lines of conversation and such expert chronicling thereof since my days of all day bong marathons in college. ~ Lindercles

Hey, Your study design is a bit flawed. If you would like some help designing a quick survey, send me a PM. I have a PhD in experimental psychology so I might be able to help... Dude. How crazy is THAT? Like I said, I only remember my fear - and pride at not landing off since the news people seemed to land over a hill somewhere..... Wow! I did my first jump there in 1985. Static line. How crazy would that be if you were my instructor?? I can't remember much other than just fear. Other first jumpers included some TV news people. Brie Walker was jumping as well (the beautiful, blonde news woman that has no fingers). Ring any bells?? Crazy! The world is so small sometimes!! At least you got to see a friend. Skydive SanDiego is so beautiful for jumping, but I guess you know that. BTW, my brother is an amateur race car driver and sent me pics of a NASCAR in-jump. Were you there? I think it was somewhere in southern California in the past couple of weeks.... Sorry about your luck with the weather. I remember my last jump at SkyDive SanDiego very well! It was sunset... Coronado Island, the city, the border, the coast... so beautiful!! I am lucky to have made it to the market for food with all of the snow here.... Dude. This is a seriously horrible thing to contemplate... That said, a friend watched as another friend had a main and reserve entaglement and watched as his friend disappeared behind the trees. The guy on the ground ran to the point of impact to find his friend crawling out of a small marsh, brushing off the mud, saying "Dude, did you see that?!" I have no idea what I would do.... Cocheese, Can you please tell me how I can get some sleep tonight in my 57 degree apartment? I don't have a boyfriend and you are a transatlantic flight away...
