    Nonsense. Utter nonsense. Actually, according to the founders, he's right. The constitution, and specifically the bill of rights, was written as a limitation on the federal government. They were specifically meant to recognize individual rights and prevent the government from infringing on them. Nowhere does it say "the right to XYZ is granted."
