But quade that is unoriginal! Time to mix things up! From now on all boys should have soft consonants and end in vowels. You know like a boy named Sue
  4. You know I definitively have a problem spelling that word. Truth be told I am a three finger typist and still type purty damn fast but because I am looking at the keyboard most of the time and cannot type as fast as I think I have more typos than misspellings. I am too lazy soemtimes to spell check. Does that definatlay make me a maroon?

How about Idaho? We could name her Idaho and see what kind of therapy bill we will need by the time she is 16.
  6. psst you . . . yeah happythoughts . . . you . . . you fell for it sucka! Whose next?
  7. MAN! Okay so there are other options but I still think all you are doing is making my point. That defending yourself would have been a wiser course of action even without hindsight. Wheterh you do it with or with out a lawyer. Of course a man who defedns HIMSELF in court has a fool for a client. Okay I'm done stick a fork in me. HEy not there! Ouch!

Tabitha Ann(my oldest daughter's) means - Symbol of Beauty, One of Grace Sean Dara (my youngest daughter's) means - God is Gracious, Heart of Wisdom Patrick Stewart(my son) means - Noble One, Keeper of Estate Other choices Sabrina, Catcher, Chase, Derek, and one from DZ.com that I find to be a cool name Bettina. If I ever have another daughter we would have to give this one serious thought. I know you were not asking what names we named our kids but I thought if I liked them enough to name my kids by them then I should suggest them to at least give you some ideas.
  9. LMFAO! I . . . am . . . speechless . . .
  10. Here's to you Mister Misused words, Puncuation and Spelling Cop.
  11. Andyman you helped make my point. Thanks dude.
  12. I believe if they defended themselves they would have been able to work something out with their law firm to get payment to them without filing bankruptcy.
  13. Next time order the smoked salmon and you will just get smoke no flame
  14. You know I do not know if it was deliberate or not (I like to think it just never came into my radar) but I have neglected this point. I would not have wanted to leave myself without a defense. No matter how much it cost it would have been better than the final outcome. What were the possible scenarios? 1. Defend yourself and win and possibly owe 250,000 in lawyers fees. 2. Defend yourself and loose and well face it what is 250,000 in the scheme of 53 million? 3. Not defend yourself and possibly get lucky and win. Logic says not bloddy likely. Who has ever one a case they did not show up to fight? 4. Not show up, lose and pay 53 million. Why didn't they defend themsleves. It would have been the smartest course of action without hindsight. makes me wonder what is behind the curtain . . .
  15. Wrong answer if someone threatens to molest my kids they just get a ride to prison. If someone MOLESTS my kids that is a different story. And give me and my kids some credit there is a big damn difference betwenn someone molesting your child and jilted lover and I think my kids know the difference and believe me I have taught them. You are taking a big leap.
  16. You sure about that I heard stories of ACME Milk co . . .ooops sorry
  17. Not always. How many repeat sex offenders are out there. Do you think if they really paid a terrible price in prison that they would come out and do it again? Too many cases of repeat sex offenders out there. This prison talk does not wash with logic. I think we keep telling ourselves this to make the pain easier to bear. Since my brother is a Corrections officer I will ask him what happens to sex offenders in his prison. I believe he would know. Thinking about it I might claim the dead happened in NEw York and let the guy go to my brother's prison and then I would have all kinds of access to the fucker . . . the possibilities . . .
  18. Dave now there I might be inclined to agree. Allow the goverment agencies who set the standartds to be sued and we will certainly see tougher codes but remember that means higher cost and could mean that some things just are never built. It is not an easy dilemma and has no easy solution but the way things are going it is not going to be worth it to invest in new technologies if everytime asomething happens you can be sued and the end user assumes no risk in its use. I have no answer for this problem. Only opinions.
  19. Thank you carress that is truly the point. My kids do not fear because they believe I will give everything to protect them. And if I am unable that I will make sure they see justice done no matter what it costs me. And that there is no way that the person that hurt them would hurt them again or anyone else for that matter.
  20. Well I would see this as a good deed done for society. Children should be able to feel safe.
  21. So your parents actually knew each other then?
  22. melstarr I should very well have put this in there. I italisized it as a joke. I apologize if it seemed more hurtfull than a joke. You could of course call me Pompous back and we'd be even.
  23. Actually Webster's Unabridged dictionary states that both pronunciations are correct thank you. quote from Webster's "Often was pronounced with a T sound until the 17th century, when a pronunciation without the t became predominate in the speechof the educated, in both North America and Great Britain, and the earlier pronunciation fell into disfavor. Common use of a spelling pronunciation has since restored the t for many speakers and now both pronunciations exist side-by-side. Although it is sometimes critized by the pompous, often with a T is now so widely heard again from educated speakers that it has become fully standard once again." Did Webster really use the word "predominate"? you know I looked at it again and webster wrote ". . . the (t) came to predominate in the speech . . ." I typed wrong. Shame on me.
