Be positive and learn from it. Until you've been banned a few times you won't know just how far you can push it. For me being banned gave me confidence made all the difference when we got the new mod for example.

What mattered most was she was a mixed race black female who smiled. That is, too colored, too uppity, too female, and too late to the party. Biden’s garbage comment was senile and harmful, Obama couldn’t say anything right to most of the right as if we white folks have the slightest inkling of the dynamic. But you are right, he will be our President but I doubt it will play out as his supporters imagined.

Just maybe if Germany had split Poland with Russia and stayed out of England for 4-5 years they might have been able to use the resources of continental Europe, added to their technological prowess, to create a truly impenetrable Fortress Europe. Then with overwhelming power they'd have been positioned to take the rest bit by bit starting with Scandinavia and negotiating the complete surrender of England. Seems to me they lost owing to greed and impatience more than anything else. So will Trump.

Some don’t. Quite a few don’t care as long as their pet desires are promised service. Jaybird is far from stupid or ignorant, same with Brent, and I’d posit the same about Ron, airdvr, and some of our other correspondents here. They will all, after their own fashion, succeed and possibly flourish during Trump v.2 as will you and I and many other lefties here because we have the tools. Because of those folks, not the dimwits who will suffer and still blame us, I’m thinking we may already be a decade into the American 100 year Right. Four more years of Trump, then eight of Don Jr. and a future Mitch McConnell clone might seem a relief.

As someone who fought to open a streamering reserve just in time to make a hard landing in a mud field I can assure you that anyone who would have handed me a commemorative beer mug to celebrate the occasion would have instantly found cause to regret the kind sentiment. The cause for the streamer and the solution I have discussed as appropriate but I don't celebrate the anniversary. Of course to each their own.

But he did so with without prejudice. Apparently, until Trump slimes his way out of that, too, that means when he is no longer President in 2029 he can still be held to account. Or, if someone with a sense of mad power and humor and who is jonesing to be Prez finds a way to invoke the 25th.......possibly sooner?
