If you're talking about a standard meeting-room projector then all you need is the VGA connector on your PC. You may have to drop the resolution down to 800x600 though before you connect to the projector as most can't go over that resolution and it won't sync to the PC. It is normal for your card to say "SCSI BIOS NOT INSTALLED". It's doing that because there are no bootable devices on the chain. Now, as to your problem, SCSI buses require both ends of the chain to be terminated. Your SCSI card is terminating one end, you need to have termination after your Canon. Look on the device and see if there is a switch for termination. Make sure it is enabled. If there is not one, you need to have an active terminator plugged into the other SCSI connector on the device (there should be two which allows pass-through). You can pickup a terminator from CompUSA for a few bucks. Now, your Canon cannot be set for ID7. You can set it to any ID you want except for 7 as that is reserved for the SCSI adapter. Go into the BIOS for your SCSI adapter. If it's an Adaptec, hit "CTRL-A" when you see the Adaptec banner show up on the screen. Make sure the card is set to use ID7 and that active/automatic termination is enabled. If you have any other questions, let me know.
