Exactly, and that's why this hotel is the best of both worlds. I can drunkenly stumble my way to the hotel right from the DZ. WTF? That falls under the heading of "Maintain Thy Gear". While your example, though really farfetched, is possible, it's not a good enough argument for plastic housings. Now, the G-load tests that have been done on standard risers, risers with plastic inserts, and risers with metal inserts is a pretty good argument for metal. Does anyone know what type of plastic they are using and what it ages like? Some plastics don't age well and can become brittle over time or with exposure to different substances / environments. Since I've already made my reservations this info is now safe to distribute. As those of us who don't camp already know, the major hotels and motels in Rantoul are already booked solid for this years WFFC. Well, there's one that people missed, the Fanmarker inn. What's so great about this place? Well, it's within quick walking distance of the DZ (many drove their golf carts there), there's a kitchen in the rooms, and the rates are dirt cheap. I booked 8 nights for $438. Oh, and there are several rooms left.

Have you ever even read the Koran? I have. Pure Islam is actually one of the more beautiful, and peaceful, theologies that exists. It's right up there with Buddhism, in my opinion. As for terror, the same thing can be said about Christianity back in the dark ages. The holy crusades come to mind... [replyI would go with Geil PC3200 ram. GForce4 Video card with 64mb ram is is faster Geil is garbage. They push their timing way too hard and they don't handle their advertised latency. It's basically a pre-overclocked stick of RAM. Stay with Crucial, Mushkin, or preferably, Corsair XMS. Also, the GeForce4 isn't faster than the 9700 Pro. I would also recommend spending the extra $40-$50 and getting the All-In-Wonder version of the 9700Pro, it's amazing and the capture / tuner / VCR functions are outstanding. Also, don't skimp on the power supply. Get a quality PSU like Antec, Vantec or Enermax. Shoot for 400 watts. Kris Sky, Muff Bro, Rodriguez Bro, and Bastion of Purity and Innocence!™
