    1:0:0 1 more week without jumping. sigh... They had a Tri-190 at my DZ for me to jump but the damn thing wouldn't fit in my rig. I really hope PD can get my canopy fixed for me soon...maybe I should send Kolla some jump tickets and chocolate and see if I can get a loaner.     Dammit, Chris!!! How the hell did you get a hold of a demo CF-2? My DZ has been trying to get a hold of someone at Icarus for the last three weeks to get our hands on some. I used to have a Heatwave, I currently jump a Stiletto, I put a handful of jumps on a Samurai, and I demo'd a CF-2 for a few jumps at Rantoul. I tell you this...if I'd had the money in my pocket I would have placed an order for one on the spot. A friend of mine put two jumps on one (after 1000+ on Stiletto's and a few hundred on a Vengeance) and walked back to the Icarus tent with a credit card in hand. I'd really like to get a few more jumps on a 169 though.....just to be sure. Sky, Muff Bro, Rodriguez Bro, and Bastion of Purity and Innocence!™

    Price is definitely a consideration, but I look at functionality, too. The Infinity and the Wings are both bullet-proof when it comes to riser, bridle, and pin protection. I wouldn't have an issue freeflying in either of them. The only thing I'd be hesitant to use the Wings for would be CRW because of the pop-top.     I got nickel on my UNISYN instead of stainless. The benifits are that it's a lot cheaper, I think it looks better, and it keeps better necessary friction in the 3-ring system than stainless does. Sky, Muff Bro, Rodriguez Bro, and Bastion of Purity and Innocence!™

    I think it is. I've tried on Mirage G3's with the standard harness and with UNISYN. I really prefer the rings. That having been said, if I was going to buy a rig tomorrow I'd have a hard time choosing between a Wings or an infinity. I just can't justify the price on the Mirage. You can get the same quality, comfort, and safety for a lot less cash by going to an Infinity or Wings. Sky, Muff Bro, Rodriguez Bro, and Bastion of Purity and Innocence!™

    I like the system at Skydive Dallas. They have several TV's around the DZ which shows the load times for the Otter and the Caravan which is fed from their manifest system. The system also keeps track of jump credit and jumper accounts along with pretty much everything else on your list. It's a pretty nifty setup.     Had a mal & cutaway two weekends back at the AOT memorial boogie. Ended up with a snapped line and a blown bottom panel on one of the cells on my Stiletto. Also, my freebag & reserve PC landed on a freshly tarred road so they were a complete loss. Hopefully, I should have the parts in this week to get my Mirage repacked. Now I just need to come up with a main to jump until mine is repaired. Sky, Muff Bro, Rodriguez Bro, and Bastion of Purity and Innocence!™
